Two-bedroom beachfront condo on 15th floor at Tropic Winds! Close to Pier Park, very family-friendly. Newly renovated (in 2021) and professionally decorated! The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit boasts 1200 sq ft of beautiful living space with an updated kitchen. LED television sets in every bedroom. 1 King & 2 Queen beds, very comfy! Extra large, furnished balcony, offering breathtaking views of the ocean waters and the softest white sand on the gulf coast. Condo has 2 beach chairs and umbrella setup daily (Between 4/15 - 10/31 only). 1 parking spot included, overflow parking available first-come first-serve.

This unit is directly on the beach with breathtaking views! Perfect for families and couples. It is conveniently located a short 4 minute drive from Pier Park & on the west side of Panama City Beach, where itâs quieter & family friendly! This unit comfortably sleeps 6.
The oversized balcony has 2 full size loungers, a loveseat glider and 2 chairs with comfy cushions, and 2 more deep, comfortable seats making it the perfect spot to lounge & take in the gorgeous oceanfront views!
Two large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms - one with a King bed (oceanfront) and another with two Queen beds. One bathroom is also accessible from the living area.
There is a beautiful, new, open-concept kitchen to the dining and living areas.
There are TONS of board games & card games for the family, along with a Wii & a large movie selection. Plus, we have an entire storage unit outside full of beach & pool toys! We also offer many chairs & umbrellas to bring down on top of the beach service youâll get that include 2 lounge chairs & an umbrella (March 15-October 31)!
Other amenities include a hot tub, pool, gym, sauna, steam room, and grills.
We have keyless entry, free WiFi, three flat screen TVs, DVD players for each TV, & more.
