Located within the Basic City Hub, it is within walkable distance of Basic City Brewery and downtown Waynesboro, just a few miles from Skyline Drive, Blue Ridge Tunnel, and Appalachian Trail. Conveniently located near the 151 Nelson County Wine/Brewery Trail and Wintergreen Resort!

Welcome to the cozy and convenient 1-bedroom unit located within the beloved Hub building in Downtown Waynesboro. All one level living with kitchen, bedroom and full bath. The furnished space is right in the heart of Waynesboro. Located close to Blue Ridge Tunnel, 151, Wintergreen, and Augusta Hospital.
The stylish space features spacious and fully equipped kitchen with an abundance of cabinetry, refrigerator, electric cooktop, and microwave. The "Urban Escape" is also equipped with coffeemaker and fully stocked kitchen. The space has a modern living and dining space with sofa, coffee table, and smart flat screen TV. High speed internet available and Youtube TV available for live TV! The living has been stylishly furnished for a comfortable stay. Washer and dryer available for your convenience. The one bedroom features a queen bed with luxurious mattresses and linens provided. The full bathroom has a tub/shower combo. We provide all linens and towels.
The unit Has 1 bedroom and 1 bath, featuring a queen bed with comfortable mattress and luxurious bedding. The living room features eat-in dining space plus living space, flat screen TV and laundry in unit. The private entrance is convenient to the free parking area. The unit is all on main level so accessible for physical limitations.
The space is equipped with air conditioning for hot months. The space is also equipped with WIFI. Free on-street and off street parking available.
The apartment is perfect for a getaway for up to 2-3 people. Located in friendly diverse neighborhood with off street parking.
