Visit Sand Hollow Reservoir for some jet skiing or fishing, hike the famously beautiful trails of Zion National Park, or take a short walk to the historic petroglyphs or dinosaur tracks! This gorgeous home has ample parking and an electric vehicle charger, so your whole group can come over to the Vacation Station and experience all that southern Utah has to offer! Challenge each other to matches of foosball, ping pong, or one of the six games on the Nintendo Switch for some thrilling all-ages fun, or cozy up to watch a movie on one of the five Smart TVs with Hulu Live.

This elegant 4-bedroom 3.5-bathroom home can sleep 12 people comfortably or with the use of a pull-out couch bed and the provided air mattress, fit as many as 16 people for your desert getaway! The master bedroom hosts a king bed as well as a 55" Smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a bathtub, and a shower. Upstairs you will also find a queen bedroom, a bunk room that is perfect for all the kids or kids at heart with two triple-tier bunkbeds, and a second king bedroom with a pull-out couch that converts into the perfect bed for naps or a great night's sleep after a day of adventures! Every bedroom has large Smart TVs with Hulu Live for the perfect opportunity to wind down without anyone fighting over the remote. The living and kitchen area feature plenty of light and upscale furnishings and décor, making the Vacation Station the coziest escape of your day-to-day routine - come relax, adventure, and make memories at Escondido 1148 with all of your favorite people!

Great area!
We had never stayed at a rental in Utah and it was so fun to be together and enjoy each other in a nice place without worries of noise like at a hotel. Loved the pool with the lazy river and slide. Great trip.

Great place, very clean and nice. Pool was a blast. No complaints. One thing I would recommend is getting a bigger ice dispenser for the fridge. 🤷‍♂️Very warm in St. George and need to stay hydrated with something cold.

The home was very clean when we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised to find a rice cooker, griddle, and other appliances in the kitchen. The fan in the master bedroom had something wrong with it and was really loud when we turned it on. We went to WalMart to get a tool set because there weren't any tools in the house. We bought plastic to cover the bed and some degreaser. My husband took the fan apart and fixed it so we were able to have it on at night. The biggest complaint was that we didn't have a key card to get into the pool. My kids went to the pool but the door was locked and no one would let them in. They wouldn't try to get in after that so that was a big disappointment. I wish we would have been told there was a chance we wouldn't have a key card yet. Other than those 2 things, everything else was great in the house.

We stayed at this property for Ironman Worlds in October. It was a perfect setup for two couples with two master suites. The kitchen had everything we needed and the living room was a comfortable place to watch tv and visit. Location worked out great for access to Sand Hollow, Zion and Red Cliffs. It was also an easy drive into St. George for great food and the Ironman finish. We enjoyed our stay.

Great property!
This was a beautiful property in a great neighborhood. It is close and convenient to everything. It was so so clean. The beds were all super comfortable, even the bunk beds! Plenty of space so you don’t feel like you are on top of each other. The kitchen was stocked quite well with what you need for the basics. Overall fantastic place to stay!
