Everything feels bright and new at this Washington townhome, scenically situated with open views of the surrounding desert landscape. Whether you're exploring St. George, the beautiful state parks nearby, or Zion National Park, this townhouse is a comfortable and convenient home base.

This two-story home is part of the Escondido subdivision, with pickleball courts located in the community for your use. It's the perfect location for day trips, with St. George (eight miles), Quail Creek State Park (nine miles), Sand Hollow State Park (12 miles), Snow Canyon State Park (18 miles), and Zion (29 miles) all within striking distance.

The house is full of lovely features and finishes, from generous windows and nine-foot ceilings to quartz countertops and alder soft-close cabinetry. It's also uniquely outfitted for families, offering both a Pack 'N Play and a fantastic bunk room, a booster seat, and a large Connect 4 game to entertain the kids.

There's a modern, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances (and a Keurig for your morning coffee) and a patio just outside where you can barbecue on the gas grill in the shade. In the evenings, you'll find smart TVs for movie nights in the living room, the upstairs den, and all five of the bedrooms. Additional features of the house include luggage racks in the bedrooms, a laundry room, and both complimentary WiFi and central air conditioning throughout.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
