The main bedroom and open kitchen and living areas are on the top floor. The bright and airy open living space on the 2nd floor has tall vaulted ceilings, a decorative fireplace, and a large Smart TV to catch all your favorite streaming shows. The living area opens to the fully equipped kitchen and breakfast bar with seating for 4, and the dining area has seating for 6. Wall-to-wall sliding doors lead to the large balcony with a view of the beach just at the end of the block.

The 2nd-floor main bedroom suite has a King-size bed and a TV, with access to a small balcony. The attached bathroom has a large tub with a separate walk-in shower. The ground-level bedrooms share a bathroom, with dual vanities and a tub and shower combination. The 2nd bedroom has a Full-size bed, TV, and access to the private small backyard area. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The full-size washer and dryer are downstairs near the foyer.
