Our group stayed here as part of a friends trip to the area. The property is in a great location to enjoy town without having to drive. The condo is a little older in features and furnishings but was comfortable and clean. It worked out very well for our group.

Perfect location for family vacation

We loved this condo! Our family of 10 came to Ouray over Christmas Vacation. The location was an easy walk to the Ouray Ice Pqrk and to enjoy the shops in town. The entire place was clean and well cared for. The parking was convenient and close

I took my teenage daughter and our friends to Ouray to celebrate her birthday and the Hot Springs condo was just perfect. We had plenty of room and everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Communication with the owners was excellent. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Spot in Ouray!

Had a great time at this property. Clean, safe, friendly, and located an easy walk from all the shops, restaurants, etc. in downtown Ouray. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, and easily fit two small families. The mattresses were a tad bit uncomfortable, but honestly we didn’t spend much time worrying about it, as we were too busy enjoying the family time and the views. Would come again!

Wonderful Stay in Ouray

The unit was in a perfect location to walk to town, jump on a hiking trail, Karen to the roaring river below us and taking in breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains! The unit had everything we needed for my family of 7! We would stay here again and again and again.

Spacious basecamp for winter adventures

The Lumberyard was a perfect basecamp for exploring the backcountry near Ouray. The property was quiet and luxurious. It was conviently located near the hot springs and local eateries. The owners provided excellent communication and service. Highly recommended!

Great location, ample space

This was a great place to stay with easy access around town and right on the river with a great private balcony. We enjoyed the ample space with good setup and nice furnishings. The only thing to be weary of was the thin walls, and being on the top floor, I'm sure the below neighbors felt the same with the noise from above.

Annual Ice Climbing Trip.

The property was in line with the description. Property Owner/Manager was responsive and helpful. Location easy walk to downtown a d a moderate walk to the ice park. My group highly recommends this property.

Howdy! We are Cam and Emily, and we hope you enjoy our home! A little about ourselves... Cam dabbles in several different businesses. He is a real estate investor, both long term as well as vacation rentals, and he also owns his own personal training business. His hobbies include flying, hunting big game, snowmobiling, dirt biking, off-roading, working out, volunteering in kid's ministry in church and anything outdoors with Emily and their 2 puppies. Emily works for an interior design company, and helps clients design their finishes in their newly built homes. In her free time she enjoys working out, hiking, playing volleyball, and spending time with the dogs (and Cam of course!). We fell in love with Ouray for so many reasons. First off, the beauty and ruggedness of the mountains surrounding this little mountain town cannot be matched. Unlike so many Colorado mountain towns that are getting commercialized, Ouray still has a "mountain town" community feel to it. Everyone is so nice and welcoming and they appreciate your visit. There are SO many things to do here, and all those activities are at the top of the game when it comes to comparing to anywhere else. ("The Switzerland of America", The "The Jeep Capital of the World", "The Ice Climbing Capital of the US", the amazing Ouray Hot Springs, many people call HWY 550 the million dollar highway, or the most scenic road in America, just to name several) We hope that you will choose to stay with us and experience Ouray through us, and we will do our best to make you want to come back to us again! We also would like to let our guests know that we have 3 cabins in Grand Lake, Colorado, and we love to share those as much as our Ouray (Lumberyard) condos!

We have fallen in love with Ouray. The beauty is second to none, and so are all the activities. How can such a small village offer so much to do, especially for the outdoorsy type? We truly feel that there is not another community like Ouray.

There are several benefits that this condo offers that make this condo offering a complete package. First is the space. This condo has enough space to accommodate large families gathering together within this one unit, but then also enough space to where guest can also find their own alone time. The deck is also huge, and not only has a grill and seating, it overlooks a beautiful river and also has amazing mountain views. Location. We are 2 blocks from Main Street, which can get a little busy in the high season. We are nice and quiet, yet within walking distance to everything. Parking. Ample parking is hard to come by in Ouray, but not with us. We not only have enough parking to even accommodate trailers, this particular unit even offers covered parking underneath the huge deck.
