Beautiful Penthouse Condo with Ocean View

Welcome to your home away from home in Aguada! We are located on the west coast of Puerto Rico. Here you will experience views of the ocean or tropical foliage in every room!

Inside: The kitchen is equipped with cookware, dinner ware, and kitchen appliances. The kitchen has a coffee maker, water kettle, toaster, and microwave along with a stove/oven and refrigerator. We offer two bedrooms and two living spaces each equipped with air conditioner units. A queen size air mattress is stored in the bedroom closet for extra sleeping options. We offer high-speed internet, a 50" TV with Roku, in-unit washing machine/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler bag for your beach outings. In addition, the complex offers a back-up power generator and water cistern.

The terrace is large and has plenty of seating to enjoy the fresh air off the ocean. The main floor patio is covered and has a small table and chairs for you to enjoy your morning coffee.

Outside: A community pool with covered gazebo area is yours to relax and enjoy the awesome weather and ocean breezes as well as on-site showers and restrooms. Table Rock Beach is known for its surfing and is located outside the security gate. You can walk in either direction on the sandy beach as you look for sea glass or in search of sea creatures or just enjoying the beautiful blue ocean. Our condo is less than 20 minutes to Rincon, the surfing capital, with tons of restaurants and famous beaches to enjoy. It is also 15 minutes to Aguadilla which also boasts awesome beaches, restaurants and shopping. The closest airport is 20 minutes away in Aguadilla (BQN) or approximately 2-2.5 hours to the San Jan airport (SJU).

Nice Property, More Remote Than Many

The condo is small but manageable with a very nice extra level. Kitchen facilities are good and two bathrooms helpful for two couples. Felt secure and safe.

Very central made it easy to get back and fourth to the fun.

We loved everything about our stay. The island is amazing, and the condo is the perfect spot, right on the beach. It was a girl’s trip, but we’ve all said we want to come back with our families. We fell in love!

The property is accurately described in the listing. Furnished as described. It was wonderful having lush jungle and palm trees, iguanas, and birds right outside the bedroom windows.

Relax on the Beach 🏖

Place is beautiful! Great view of the Ocean, nice breeze through out whole house. Could sleep 8 if needed. Yes, we would stay there again. Only downside is that there is no elevator and I had trouble going up and down the stairs.

Terrific Time

The place was exactly as pictured and was right on the beach. We had plenty of space and the necessities were there. It was nice to be able to cook meals and wash clothes. The island lost power while we were there but luckily we were on a generator and enjoyed our trip.

The best Christmas vacation ever!

Renting this property was easy through VRBO. It was exactly the way they pictured it . I loved it! It was very updated , big enough for a few people even though it was just me n my son. The amenities were all I needed . Perfect view of the ocean all day long n relaxing sound at night!. Venturing out was easy.

Wow! An Amazing Find.

My family and I loved our stay at Table Rock! The location felt quiet, private, and secure. The unit has incredible ocean views and multiple private outdoor spaces for enjoying those views. It was clean, well-furnished, and communication from the property owner/manager was great. It felt too good to be true that a place as nice as this was within our budget. It was definitely the highlight our stays in Puerto Rico. I wished we had planned less activities just so we could just hang out and enjoy the incredible space.

Location and view

I really liked being close to the ocean. It was very calming listening to the waves crashing against the shoreline. The condo could have used a few items that would have made it feel more homey. A lamp in the front room, possibly an additional TV in either the bedroom or the additional living space and some colorful accents to brighten it up. All in all enjoyed our week there.

Location, location, location.

Better than could have imagined, very spacious and comfortable with all amenities needed provided, and views of the ocean in every angle was an added treat when watching the sunset. Erica (host) did a great job making this place feel like a home for our travel to this area. Very clean and liked having the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Appreciated the reserved parking and security in the area. Loved location so close to Rincon at half of the cost of staying there, and close to many delicious places to eat. In the past, have stayed in the Aguada/Aguadilla/Rincón area and this is by far the best place we have stayed at. We will most definitely be booking a stay here again next year when we return and highly recommend it. Must try: Cielo Mar Bakery for amazing breakfast options, and Rincón beach 18 minutes away.

Great location, extra charges

Location is great on a quiet street away from town. Very clean on arrival and the pool area is nice. Was charged $125 for a placemat and throw pillow that was stained with easter egg dye, seemed to be a bit much, was told $100 would a compromise and we were still charged $125, whatever. Not a deal-breaker but kept us from giving a 5-star rating. There was also a very loose handrail section on the spiral staircase that hopefully gets addressed soon before someone gets hurt and causes a bigger problem. Either way, we would stay here again and recommend it, just be careful (of everything) and have fun!

Awesome view!

The property was great. The view was awesome. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything needed to cook, dishes, etc. Tip: before buying anything see if it is already there. I have a couple of suggestions : A TV in one of the bedrooms or upstairs. In the evening the kids need a place to be away from the adults lol. The top deck is great but because of how the wall is built you can’t see the view when sitting. Maybe a high top table and chairs? The cleaning people need to clean under the furniture. I dropped something under the sofa and it was not clean. The neighborhood was awesome, the condo was great, the owner was very nice and responsive! I would stay here again. I really enjoyed this stay. Another tip: on the weekend the strip down the street is jumping and on Saturday they have some sort of local festival? with vendors and food.

Wonderful Beach Condo Stay

Great condo in a quite residential area. Loved hearing the ocean waves and the coquis at night. The community has a small pool available and the views from the rooftop were wonderful! One side of the building is surrounded by vegetation and palms. It was so nice to be able to go downstairs and walk out on to the beach. The host also had beach towels, chairs and a cooler available for use which came in very handy. Would definitely stay here again.

Birthday Vacation

First like to say the pictures on VRBO are great but in person its ten times more beautiful. The location is perfect, restaurants super close and right on the beach with beautiful views. Me and my bestfriend stayed for 6 days and did not want to leave. The condo porch views were breath taking we watched most of our nights sunsets there at the pool or on the rooftop balcony . During our trip we visited, rincon and watched the sunset from the lighthouse restaurant and had diner there, cannot remember the name but just beautiful views of the west coast shoreline. We took a day trip to cabo rojo to visit the lighthouse and swam in the rain at buye beach absolutely amazing, we went to crash boat beach about a 25 minute drive two days out of our trip. I cannot wait to return with my daughters within the next two years.

Island Paradise

We had a wonderful stay in Aguada, PR. It was our first stay at Erica's Condo and we loved it!! We will definitely come back and stay again. Everything was as described. The condo was very clean updated and well supplied. Both Erica and the caretaker checked on us during the stay to be sure all was well! A Little Bit of Heaven

This recently beautifully renovated apartment in Aguada was exactly what we needed to be able to kick back and get away from our hectic lives at home. Our apartment was well supplied with the necessary supplies for the pool, beach, kitchen and bath. It was a gated area and with a very few steps from the front door, we were on the beach. We felt like we were off the beaten path but still just a short walk away from very good restaurants, and just a short drive to shopping areas, hiking trails, and other beaches. The property swimming pool was very clean and a great place to relax. In the early mornings and evenings we were on the roof top deck where we could watch the beautiful sunsets, and gaze at the Caribbean stars. The north side is bordered by thick palm trees where we felt secluded and could listen to the quiet chirping of the coqui tree frogs. This super comfy apartment left us feeling like this has been one of our best vacations ever, and would recommend it to everyone who wants a quiet and relaxing get-away and hopefully get to return to this location again in the future.

5 Stars - Beautiful Beach Condo!

We loved our stay here! Early morning coffee and evening cocktails from the large upper patio with clear views of the ocean. It's right on the beach and you're in the ocean in minutes. There were chairs, umbrella's, beach towels and even a yoga mat! This condo is very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. There were great restaurants just down the street in Aguada and it's a short drive to either Rincon or Aguadilla providing easy access to some of the most popular beaches in Puerto Rico. We can't wait to come back!
