Maui Kamaole #A-109 is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath ocean view unit on the ground floor. It has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, 2 flat-screen TVs, dvd, and free Wifi. There is a Cal king bed and queen sofa bed. Bathroom 1 has a shower, and bathroom 2 has a walk-in shower. Maui Kamaole #A-109 is supplied with beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and sand toys for your fun days at the beach. Sleeps 4.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

Kamaole Beach #3 is just across from the upscale Maui Kamaole. This property features lush tropical landscaping, two gorgeous pool areas with hot tubs and water features. There are gas grills peppered throughout the property and tennis courts available for your use. The Kamaole Beaches are world famous for the pristine water, long sandy shoreline, and great snorkeling. In addition during the winter, the humpback whales are just off shore and put on a great show. You will also enjoy the most magnificent sunsets imaginable. You also are within walking distance to activities, shops and restaurants and a short drive to the championship golf courses of Wailea and Makena.

The view was excellent, the was condo was nice. But we had constant small ants on the kitchen counter and stove top from the moment we arrived until we left. We Had to take out the garbage daily and spray raid on surfaces daily to try and control the ants. The bedroom A/C smelled musty and of mildew, so we were unable to use it. And there was heavy stomping traffic in the unit above us, all week long. There is currently a drought in Maui making everything brown. Crime seems to be up during the weekends as security guards our posted in the local stores in Kihei during weekends only. Maui is not the tropical paradise it used to be.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was ready upon our arrival. Everything was clean for us, with enough supplies to start our stay. Location is good - about half a mile walk to Kam 3 beach, however we used a car due to condo being uphill. Views were great! AC in bedroom and in living room was working fine (a little noisy but it never bothered us). People staying upstairs above us were way more noisy, even after 10 running and moving furniture, at least this is how it sounded.This condo has everything you need for a beach day (chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, boards). I wish there was snorkeling masks too and maybe a wagon to take everything to the beach (other condos offer it).Bed and pull out sofa mattress were both comfortable. TV had basic cable, with no option to use any services such as Hulu or Netflix - in case it's important for some. For us it was not a big deal and actually good way not to watch TV for a week we stayed there. We went to closest pool and kids liked it. It was closing at 9.45 pm, but worked for us. We never visited second pool within the community.Location is great, about 25 mins from airport/Costco. There are few local stores and cafes nearby (3-5 mins drive).Very comfortable for a family of 4. Two full bathrooms is a plus! Kitchen had everything we needed.Thank you for letting us stay there!

The fan in master bedroom needs to be replaced has a humming noise. Need to leave a map on bar of where the pool is at check in. Other than that the place was great!

Things have changed in Kihei

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to start by saying this comment has nothing to do with politics. The unit was very nice but the area around the complex has changed.There is a homeless problem.We experienced the homeless using the lanai for a sleeping area at night. On one occasion refusing to leave until the Maui P.D. got involved. We figured the easiest solution was to remove the lanai loungers and chairs after dark, so a couple in their 70's were moving furniture twice a day.We were told by the property management company, security would be increased,we saw them 1 time in 2 weeks, at the same time a Maui P.D. cruiser entered the complex. I hope the situation improves,it's to nice of a complex to have to deal with this.

The ceiling fans are very helpful. Kitchen was well supplied with essentials. Agreed with other renter that the outdoor furniture could use some cushions for comfort. Tip to use vinegar to clean out coffee pot and small bathroom showerhead - gets rid of mineral deposits. This wasn't a huge issue. King size bed was surprisingly comfortable. Let me tell you views from this unit are absolutely amazing!

We’ve stayed in this complex several times, this unit was very well located. Very updated, nice shower, had all we needed. The weather was a bit more challenging, but the lanai is nicely protected. Used it a lot. Could watch surfing from it! Would stay here again.

Beautiful stay - unresponsive management

We loved our stay at this condo! The location is perfect, the space is well appointed and decorated. However, our stay was interrupted by some rather heavy footed individuals who were staying above us. We contacted management multiple times via text (an option they explained was available via text) and never got a response. Other than that, our stay was perfect!!!

It's a nice property well taken care of (one of the nicer ones in the area). The pools are great especially the one in the "K" section with a waterfall. You wont need much at this condo other than food/snacks. Its thoughtfully stocked including beach gear, towels, coolers chairs etc. We felt instantly at home here. The only issue we had was very noisy neighbors above us. After 1 call to the mgmt office it was resolved promptly. Much appreciated

Wonderful place to stay for our wedding

My wife and I stayed here for our wedding/honeymoon trip. We were blessed every day stepping into the hallway and seeing the gorgeous view out the patio doors of the lanai. Everything was clean and stocked when we arrived. The welcome kit was plentiful and got us through the weeks stay. Check in/out was easy. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were updated. The kitchen was nicely furnished and plenty of dishes and cookware for all our needs. We can't wait to book our next stay!

Amazing

This condo could not have been anymore perfect. It was clean, updated, and had beautiful views. Next time we visit Maui we will more than likely book this same condo. You cannot beat the location. Only complaint is that is it on the ground floor and the people above us were very loud until around 10pm every night. We could hear them stomping around 24/7 which made it a little hard to fall asleep. That is out of owners control though. I recommend this place 100%.

Great place to stay

The location was fantastic & the accommodations were great. We loved being able to walk to the beaches, down to see turtles resting & the convenience of shops/ restaurants. Would recommend to friends!!

Beautiful, inside and out

Relaxing and stress free vacation, Sitting on the lanai in the morning sipping coffee and making plans for the day was awesome. From the moment we opened the door we felt so comfortable and welcome it was a joy to stay and we wished our vacation could last longer. Maybe next time.

Wonderful view from the lanai

House is clean and fully stocked even with beach toys and chairs. The view from the lanai is the best feature though. We arrived to the home at 5pm and was greeted with a beautiful sunset view from the lanai. Would love to stay here again!

The condo is amazing, the view from the back porch, is awesome to watch the sunset!! The place is as advertised, has everything you need and more, even has beach items. Chairs umbrella coolers etc.. we will be back to this place next year.

Great Property ...BUT!!

Everything about the Property was first Class. Extremely well appointed and incredible view of the ocean and sunsets. The only issue we had..and it was a HUGE ONE... The builders of the units didn't insulate the ceilings...It was difficult to enjoy Maui when you couldn't get a good night sleep.

Stunning View

Maui Kamaole is a gorgeous property. The landscaping and upper pool are impeccable. A109 is a worthy unit with it's view being its best feature. The luxury of sleeping in a comfy bed, fixing a meal in a fully stocked kitchen and walking out to a stunning view in a garden paradise is something I've come to appreciate in a vacation. One really small complaint would be the master shower which doesn't make the best use of its space and has weak water pressure. Other than that I highly recommend this unit.
