WaileaRentals esittelee räätälöityjä Wailea-laatua edustavia loma-asuntoja rauhallisessa monimutkaisessa kadulla vastapäätä Kamaole III -rantaa Etelä-Kiheissä / Pohjois-Waileassa, Mauissa. Viihtyisä 1 makuuhuoneen + 2 kylpyammeen lomakoti nykyaikaisilla laitteilla ja ylellisillä yksityiskohdilla kaikkialla. Maui Kamaole on hauska asunto- ja loma-asunnon yhteisö, joka koostuu matalakerrostaloista, jotka sijaitsevat kylän ilmapiirissä upealla hillinnällä ja lähellä kaikkia Etelä-Mauin nähtävyyksiä. We loved our stay here! It was the perfect location, close to great food, close to beaches, and a great location for visiting any other spots on the island. The hosts were great and so responsive. Our microwave stopped working and they were there the same day to take care of it. Would highly recommend staying here!

Nice place, but kitchen needs update

Be aware that there is nothing in the kitchen but dishes and pots and pans. We had to buy everything, including salt and pepper. I was surprised that there wasn’t a Kuerig coffee machine, just an old giant drip coffee maker. We’ve stayed at places where they left some coffee and tea, plus some essential spices. Also, the shower in the second bathroom is tiny. Still, the view is lovely, and comfy bed.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. Furnishings were very up to date, in perfect condition and comfortable. We loved the ground floor access with a spacious grass area and ocean view from the back sliders. Check in was a breeze with clear and simple instructions for using the amenities and check out. We'll be looking to rent this condo our next visit to Kihei!

Nice place…… Very cordial and helpful manager at the front desk, when she was there. We stayed 19 nights. We went to the front desk with questions. Of those four times, she was only there, when we came once, otherwise there was a “closed” sign hanging at the front desk, although, it was within the posted signage hours. The best service we received was from the property manager’s office. They were very prompt at addressing our needs. Kudos to the technical response for questions on using Spectrum tv service. His response was appreciated. Yay for Daniel😌

Great views, close to beautiful beaches, close to Wailea shopping and more. A110 was the perfect spot for us to spend some relaxing time on Maui this year. Bob and Sunny are great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend checking in with them before your next Maui vacation!

Our only issue with this condo was that the bed is Full Sized... It is really small for two people, and we aren't large people. Very uncomfortable... With how much we paid for the unit, I would expect at least a queen. I have not seen any rental properties (or even hotels) that have anything less than a queen as the main bed. Please upgrade the unit bed for future guests... If you as a guest can live with that, this unit was a great location and beautiful/clean.

Relaxing

Very clean and organized. The unit was fully stocked with all necessary appliances, pots, pans and laundry. View from patio was very relaxing. Short walk to beach. Short drive to grocery store and restaurants. Would recommend this property.

There were two things that happened that I was a little upset about and while I realize that emergencies happen nothing was addressed by management about the issues. I was there the day the water main broke and the water was shut off to my building, some type of communication from the management would have been nice. Also the scheduled the exterminator but gave less than great notice I think the note was placed on the door around 3pm and they came at 9 the next morning.

It was nice not to be in direct sun. We appreciated the startup supplies and the gift basket. The unit was in good condition, but could use a couple of updates here and there. For 4 adults over part of the time, the dishes ran out quickly. Good kitchen supplies overall, but a sharper knife, and maybe a wire whisk, along with some better wine glasses would make it great. All in all, would consider booking again!

Home away from home

We had a great experience at the condo- it is well equipped with everything you need, including beach chairs a boggie boards and all the kitchen gadgets you could ask for. The pool area is nice, but we ended up at the beach much more. Perfectly situatetes to explore Kihei area, but a bit away from the hustle and bustle. Of course- as others have mentioned the view is outstanding. Only slight negative we had was that we could not figure out the tvs/cable well.

Worth the Money

This condo felt like a real home, with everything this cook wanted, including an overhead fan for when the kitchen grew too hot when cooking. The view of the ocean is fantastic and I never grew tired of it in the three weeks I was there. Everything is updated, clean and in working order. The bed is very comfortable and the condo never grew too hot during these summer days with the doors open. One thing to consider is that you will hear the people above you if they're heavy walkers because the ceilings are thin. There was a group upstairs my first weekend and it sounded like they were herding cattle day and night. If your neighbors next door are chatting on the lanai, you'll also hear it.

They were helpful in telling us just exactly where the condo was locked assuring us that it was in a quieter part of Kihei and close to some of the best beaches in town. They were right; we loved the spot and were three minutes from a pretty quiet beach and out of the hustle and bustle of most of Kihei. They even sent over a gift basket on our arrival. Lots of yummy treats to enjoy.The condo was very nice. Large, light, clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for our stay. We had no complaints about anything, and so would highly recommend staying here if you are wanting to enjoy the beaches in south Maui.

The condo is clean and pretty nice and simple. Great location and view of the ocean. Perfect placement in the middle of Kihei and Wailea, very convenient for a visit to multiple beaches throughout your stay. Big bonus was, beach cheers, snorkeling equipment, towels and boogie boards!

Amazing view

We have stayed in several different units on this property and found this location to be absolutely the best. Being fairly close to the property entrance made beach access a short walk, and not having to trek up the hill to the rear of the property after a morning stroll, was a pleasant change. The view from the lanai was simply amazing. Whether watching whales or simply taking in the breathtaking ocean views

Maui No Ka Oi!

Wow! From the moment we stepped into this beautiful condo we knew we found a gem! We had an amazing basket of island goodies awaiting us and a view that can’t be beat! We loved watching for whales and watching the magnificent Maui sunsets from our lanai. It simply was perfect! Can’t wait to come back!! Thank you for the spectacular stay in your gorgeous condo!
