Welcome to Rose Marie. This cozy cabin is a perfect match for Nature Lovers, Romantics & Small Families. The 750 sq. ft. cabin features, 2 Bedrooms, 1 Bathroom, a cozy living room, wood burning stove & quaint kitchen. The back deck faces 1,820 acres of pristine Forest Land. Whether you are sitting on the front porch drinking coffee, or quietly bird watching in the early morning hours, this rare gem has a lot to offer. Follow your own private hiking trail or roast marshmallows while relaxing at the fire pit, so much to do, so little time.

No vegetation/trees should be cut down on the property or in the Pine Creek Estates community. Fire wood can be purchased on the local economy

Great Little Getaway Weekend

We were looking for a place to enjoy nature and boy did we get just that. This cozy quaint cabin was a perfect escape for me and my family. We enjoyed nearby waterfalls and the peace and quiet with some furry friends the visited the backyard. We would gladly stay again!

Peaceful cabin

Had a wonderful trip. Enjoyed a day 4 wheeling in the mountain then the List River Cavern. The owners were very nice & in contact to ensure everything was goid!

Cute cabin with everything you need!

Danielle’s cabin is cute and has everything you need for a weekend (or more!) away. The woods at the back of the property are fun to explore (and the marked trail made it easy) and make for a nice morning walk. The cabin is close to town and other beautiful hikes in the Poconos. I definitely recommend Danielle’s place to anyone heading to the area!

Cozy and adorable

Lovely cabin! Perfect getaway for two or a small family. The neighborhood was peaceful and the property was adorable. The cabin was very clean and had everything you would need for a getaway. Just bring food and your personal items, everything else was provided. The host was very accommodating and welcoming. We highly recommend this cabin and would love to spend some time here again in the future.

Everything was wonderful!

We enjoyed a girls weekend at the cabin. The weather was wet and gloomy, but we were happy with how well the cabin was appointed with nice decor, towels, soaps, tissues, blankets, fans, etc. The cabin was decorated very tastefully and while we didn't get to try out the fire pit or hiking trail we felt welcome and comfortable throughout our entire stay! The gnomes were delighted to share the space with us for the weekend!

Idyllic "cozy cabin" setting

We had a wonderful Autumn weekend in this perfect little cozy cabin in the woods. Even the rain the first day created a great ambience with the sound of the rain along with the crackling fire we made in the fireplace! The colors were beautiful and the location peacefully ideal. The cabin was well-appointed and cared for and our host was very responsive and attentive, without being intrusive. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet getaway that is not too far a drive from the Lehigh Valley.

Labor Day Weekend Escape

Cozy Cabin in the Woods is a very accurate description!! "Compact" cabin, but it had everything we (3 adults) needed to just relax and enjoy the very quiet natural surroundings. Our 1st morning I was watching a flock of turkeys moving across the trail at the bottom of the property when a fox happened upon them and stirred things up! Great launching point for day hikes in Promised Land State Park, Dingmans Falls and Big Pocono State Park. Great evening at the fire circle on our last evening. Would have liked a bit more sun, but otherwise couldn't have asked for a better trip!! Would definitely stay here again.

Small but just what we needed

A group of 5 guys all in our 30s just up in the area for the weekend to hit the casino. It was perfect. Everything was super clean and neat. The property had firewood available for the fire pit. There is a nice trail behind the property. We had as much fun at the house as we did outside of the house. Will definitely be returning again.

Exactly what we were looking for!

My wife and I had an amazing time at the cabin this past weekend! We spent most of the day outdoors- either hiking the trail (that’s right in the backyard!) or around the fire. We had a beautiful view of the mountain out the back and had deer running through the property. The kitchen had everything we needed so that we didn’t have to leave the property at all once we got there. The owner was very quick to respond if we had a question and the check-in/out procedures were clear and simple! Highly recommend.

The Gnome Cabin

Our overall stay was great. The property was clean and quiet the whole time. There are gnomes everywhere which I liked because I collect them myself. Danielle was very informative and responded to emails quickly when communicating. I would definitely stay again

I wish I had more time there. It was quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. It was just what I needed. The communication from the host was superb. I reached out for information regarding hiking and other activities and was given very useful information. Garlic, my favorite restaurant in the area was only a 20 minute drive from the cabin. I suggest you book this cabin ASAP!

Amazing Stay

This was exactly what we were looking for! It was a quiet space that allowed us to enjoy the area and get away from a hectic day to day life. The property was very clean and has everything you’ll need. Communication with Danielle made the experience so much easier. Family getaway

We took our 5 year old and 2 year old away for the weekend. They love being outdoors. We had the best time walking the snowy trails and just being out in nature with the peace and quiet! The house was perfect for what we needed. My boys loved sleeping in the tri bunk bed! We will definitely we back!

This 750 square foot cabin was built in 1977, one of the original dwellings in the Pine Creek Estates Community. It was built to be used as a hunting cabin and featured a simple primitive design.

The property was completely renovated in 2021 to add modern amenities but retain some of the old cabin’s history and charm. It is small but provides everything you need to escape and return to a simpler time.

One of the greatest features about our Cabin is its location.
The property is backed up to 1,820 acres of Delaware State Forest Land. There are many popular tourist attractions within a 30 minute drive, the cabin is secluded enough to offer an unplugged, relaxing escape but close enough to enjoy many exciting activities.
