Beautiful home in quiet deed-restricted community commonly known as Rotonda West.
This home has just been renovated and offers two king suites with private heated pool and views of the golf course. Enjoy the lanai with large gas fire table, TV and Jenn-Air grill.
The split floor plan has a master suite with King sized bed and en-suite shower room with twin sinks. Walk in closet with lots of wardrobe space and 42' flat screen HDTV. Patio doors lead directly to the heated pool.
Other side of house offers second master with King sized bed, walk in closet, extra drawer space and it's own patio doors leading to the pool area.
3rd Guest bedroom is equipped with twin single beds, easily convertible to king (bedding available). Extra large closet and lots of drawer space. There is also a modern flat screen HDTV.
The family bathroom has a bath tub and shower, sink and large closet. Located between the two guest bedrooms. The bathroom also offers easy access to the lanai.
The open floor plan offers two dining areas and kitchen with built in coffee/wine bar. Enjoy the wi-fi, books, games, cards or pool accessories. The Rotonda West community is the best kept secret. Walk the trails in the morning then off to the beaches. Englewood or Boca Grande both fantastic. End the day relaxing by the pool, barbequing and having a drink by the fire pit. Perfect day!
