Modern Condo in the Heart of Downtown Seattle!

Our modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, a 50" plasma TV in high definition and a smaller flat screen in the bedroom- both with rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new queen sized bed in the master bedroom and 1 sofa bed (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city views. Our home also includes wireless internet.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

Spring Break trip to Seattle
Great location, walking distance to everything you would want to see as a tourist. Condo is on a busy street so lots of traffic noise , and upstairs neighbours are pretty noisy till late so that’s really the only negative. Great stay, would recommend.

A great location close to Pikes Market.
Great check in process with helpful host. Clean, well supplied, property described accurately including a free parking spot. Some street noise at night, but that’s the only negative, and not the home’s issue.

Great location for restaurants, Space Needle, Kracken games.
The management was very easy to work with and responsive. Having someone meet us when we checked in and have them explain parking and how to get around the building complex was helpful. The bed in the bedroom was comfortable. The bathroom worked out really well. The bedroom was small and there was not much space for furniture or suitcases. The bed/couch in the living room was not comfortable for our adult daughter. We ended up putting the quilt under the sheet and that helped. We loved the neighborhood, it was vibrant and felt safe. If you are sensitive to noise this apartment might not work for you. The road noise was pretty loud. Also, we could hear people speaking on the street and sirens. The kitchen worked well for us. We had breakfasts and lunches in the apartment, but went out for dinner. It might not work for someone really wanting to cook a lot as it is small and there are no spices to speak of. The pool, sauna and workout room were a nice addition.
