Chic Condo in the Heart of Seattle!

Our modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.

Our home has modern furnishings, a flatscreen TV in high definition and a smaller flat screen in the bedroom- both with rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new queen sized bed in the master bedroom and 1 sofa bed (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the courtyard garden. Our home also includes wireless internet.

We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!

The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

2022 Heat wave
Clean, cute, tasteful apartment, didn't use the pool, rooftop, or gardens as it was blistering hot. One recommendation is an additional wind tunnel type fan for when it is so ridiculously hot. Only 1 fan in the living space was not enough. Also, since the area is a bit sketchy, it would be nice to have indications of if/where it is safe to walk. A list of Lyft or Uber driverswould be great. Using the Uber app, Uber drivers would not pick up our job the morning we had to get to the airport, so we had to walk to the Westlake station, lugging our baggage. Not fun.

Great condo in a great location
We were looking for three things in a Seattle rental: good location, quiet, and air conditioning. We wanted to be able to walk to most of the major attractions. This Belltown condo is a 10 minute walk from Pike Place Market and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to the Space Needle. We only needed a ride if we were going to one of the neighborhoods that is not along the waterfront. There are plenty of restaurants and bars in the area, and a cute bakery on the first floor. Because we were in Belltown which has an active social scene of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues we were looking for a place that would be quiet when we were ready to go to sleep. The apartment is located in a complex that is arranged as a square with a central courtyard. Since the unit was facing the courtyard it was very quiet day or night. Seattle has traditionally had mild summer weather. Many, if not most, residences do not have air conditioning. I know that climate change is a hoax, but Mother Nature seems to have been fooled. When we were there it was 90 plus on most days and AC was a must. Most of the rentals we looked at did not have any AC at all. This one has a portable Danby unit in the bedroom that kept us cool when it was sweltering outside. We were given a thorough orientation and tour of the unit, building and amenities, and parking garage upon our arrival. We found everything we needed and did not have to contact the host during the stay. We were very happy with the rental and would highly recommend staying here.
