New Cozy Townhome Steps to Downtown Greenville

Brand New Townhome within walking distance from Downtown Greenville! Located only a few blocks away from Main Street in the West End, you can either walk to everywhere downtown or take a very quick car ride. Built in 2021, everything is brand new including furniture and appliances. We have a great living area, kitchen, and dining all on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and laundry. This place has everything you need for a very comfortable and relaxing stay.
The first floor features a beautiful open concept with a living area, dining, and full kitchen. Living area has a comfy sectional couch that pulls out to a queen size bed, and it overlooks a 55 inch flat screen tv. The kitchen and dining area contain everything you need for prepping and enjoying any meal. Upstairs contains a washer and dryer, and two identical size bedrooms, each with their own queen size bed, full bathroom, and closet. This townhome is part of a new Duplex, and has an identical townhome right next-door. There is a nice spacious backyard that is shared with the townhome next door.
Its within walking distance to the main attractions downtown such as; Fluor Field, Gather Greenville, Fall's Park, Liberty Bridge, and Peace Center. Also, within close proximity to St. Francis Hospital. Great location to enjoy all that Greenville has to offer. You can either walk to places downtown or take a very quick car ride. This townhouse has parking space for two cars and it shares a driveway and backyard with the townhome next door. It is nice and private as there are empty lots on both sides of the Duplex.

If you have Pets:
I am a big dog lover myself, and I allow up to 2 well behaved, house-trained dogs.
Dogs are not allowed on the beds, and I prefer them not to be on the couch. If they are on couch, please bring your own blanket for them to lay on to prevent any dirt or damage to the couch.
Please use the backyard when taking your pets out to the bathroom, and I ask that you pickup their waste.

Nice house

The house is just as pictured. The walk to town (Fluor Field) is about 15 mins. Liked each bedroom having it's own bath. It was a little loud at night just because it's right on the road and near the hospital. My only negatives were not enough seating in the living room, it's tiny so there isn't much room for more. Also, they needed more pans/baking dishes, we were in town for the marathon and planned on cooking our meals. It was a little difficult with only one pan. Lastly, TVs in the bedrooms would've been nice. Since there isn't enough seating in the living room it would've been nice to chill and watch TV somewhere. Overall we would stay here again.

Clean accommodations stocked with amenities to make stay enjoyable. Only critique would be to have more trash bags and a 8x8 or 9x13 pan.

Highly recommend staying here. Place is very nice, brand new, it's clean and really close to downtown Greenville. If you're a walker, close enough to walk. Would stay here again!

AMAZING

What can we say?? Everything was amazing! No, seriously. This place was absolutely perfect for two couples! It was incredibly convenient that we each had our own bathroom attached to the bedroom. None of us in the group had ever visited Greenville before, but we are definitely in love with your cute little town and your cute little condo. If you are looking for a place to stay in Greenville search no further. This is your place!

Great location

I already love Greenville but have never stayed somewhere so close to the downtown that wasn’t a hotel. The home was very clean, comfortable, and had everything you would need for a short or extended stay.

Super clean and up to date property

Enjoyed my stay at this property. Everything was accurate as described, with any questions quickly answered by the host. A big thanks for having K-cups and snacks available for our first morning! This was a nice touch in case you need a little time to get to the supermarket. Would definitely recommend this to others and would stay here again.

Great Location and very comfortable

Was able to navigate easily to downtown and Swamp Rabbit Trail. Clean and comfortable. Easy check in. Host was very helpful and attentive. Nice to have ample parking space in the back and lots of trees. Would go back another time.

First trip to Greenville, SC

Pictures are accurate, recently built duplex which is perfectly laid out for two or four visitors. Two bedrooms up, each with their own bathroom. Well appointed and the host doesn't skimp on paper towels / toilet paper- not the industrial cheap stuff but good quality and more than enough for our stay (we cooked breakfast in each day). Dedicated parking which is nice - four spaces behind the rental. Convenient to many of Greenville's attractions, my wife and I biked to many and rode a great deal of the Swamp Rabbit Trail. If another trip to Greenville is in the cards, we'll seek out this rental. Brian Woodard Trussville, AL

Comfort of Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very clean and beautifully decorated. It looked just like the pictures. Close proximity to Downtown Greenville, just a 25minute walk or 5minute drive. The property Manager was extremely responsive. We had an issue where we accidentally locked the deadbolt and couldn’t get back in, he helped us get back in quickly. Shane is very nice and personable. We had the pleasure of meeting him in person. I will definitely stay there again when we visit Greenville.

Our first trip to Greenville. It is a wonderful town. The home is one of the best we have ever stayed in and walkable to just about everything. All great amenities and very well decorated and stocked and a lot of special touches.

Great stay!

Duplex was as pictured. Very clean, and nicely furnished. Private, and safe area. Back yard, and parking area was a bonus. Nice if you bring your dog. Convenient to all Greenville has to offer. Close to Reedy Falls, Cancer Survivors, and Cleveland Park Trails. All beautiful areas to walk, and enjoy. Plus near Unity Park which was great area to hike, or bike Swamp Rabbit Trail. Wonderful new park! Splash Park, playgrounds, basketball, breweries, coffee shop, strolls near the river. Shane was a great host! Quick response to any question, or concern. Would certainly consider renting again if in area. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful and clean!!

We traveled to Greenville for the weekend for a sporting event. This home was very clean, and decorated very nicely. It had everything we needed (in the kitchen, washer/dryer, bathroom necessities etc). It is close to downtown-which is beautiful- and Shane was awesome! We’d highly recommended this place we will definitely be booking again for next year!!

Excellent Family Gathering Place

The property is in a great location close to restaurants and activities in Greenville, but still on a quiet street. Everything is new and clean., and we had all the conveniences of home. We were in town for my daughter’s Clemson graduation. It’s a quick and easy commute to Clemson from here. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the host and property!

Great property, great location

We have stayed in several VRBO properties in the past and this one is by far the nicest. The location was ideal for being walkable to Reedy Falls Park and downtown as well as easy bike access to Unity Park and the Swamp Rabbit Trail. The only comment for improvement would be more flatware and dinnerware, a pretty minor issue. Would definitely recommend this property.

Nice Townhome Close to Downtown

Townhome was clean and exactly as pictured. We were in town for a wedding and also rented the townhome next door for our parents. It is pet-friendly which was a must for us! We were very happy with our stay and had no issues whatsoever.
