The Rockies Retreat is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 4 beds and pack and play, 2.5 bath townhome in Estes Park with lovely views of the mountains and abundant wildlife. Sleeps 6 adults and two children 0-12.

Wintertime back country skiing or snowshoeing in RMNP is fantastic!

Only 3 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park and less than 1 mile to downtown Estes Park.

You will enjoy leisurely walks along a short river path with catch-and-release fishing.

The fully equipped kitchen allows for homemade meals, complete with ample high end cookware, dishes and cutlery. Soaring ceilings and a gas fireplace in the great room welcome you for relaxation, games or to enjoy some screen time on the new HD TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN+ all included at no additional charge.

Outdoor barbeques are a must on the large deck off the great room. A Weber gas grill, grilling utensils and an outdoor dining table with seating for 8 awaits you.

No need to worry about night time comforts as you settle into bed: each of the 3 bedrooms comes complete with all new king Serta i-comfort mattresses, high end linens and even the opportunity to raise the head of the bed so you can enjoy the 75" UHD TV. The master suite loft also includes a full bath and walk-in closet. A pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room, actually very comfy!

The 2 car-attached garage and 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway ensure ample space for you and your guests. When you book your vacation at Rockies Retreat you can look forward to staying at your home away from home.

The property was clean and comfortable. We were close to the Stanley Hotel and Lake Estes which was perfect! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends as well.

Enchanted Getaway

Truly enjoyed the time spent here..from experiencing the magical first snow, to Elk just outside the front door, to the convenience of town and excellent eateries. Cameron had excellent suggestions and clear instructions that made for a flawless and needed mountain respite.

Fantastic Stay!

What an excellent place!! We had a fantastic time here. The property was exactly as advertised…and more. Convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. Lovely river walking path…easy access…cooked several meals in a well equipped kitchen. Definitely recommend and would gladly stay again!

Perfect Location

Beautiful home in a great spot between town and RMNP. We cook most meals in and the kitchen was well equipped! Communication with Cameron before, during and after the stay was prompt. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

I would recommend this townhouse for exploring RMNP. It’s very close to park entrances, grocery store, restaurants, anything you may need. The beds are very comfortable, well stocked kitchen, couldn’t ask for more. We were 5 adults, the space was perfect, I would rent this property again without hesitation.

Great stay

Overall, we were very pleased with the property and enjoyed our stay there very much. We were a little disappointed that one of the recliners was marked as broken, but not repaired or replaced.

Great views of the mountains from the large windows throughout the home and on the large deck. New property with plenty of space for entertaining and separating when wanting privacy. Soft king size beds and extra large TV's in each of the 3 bedrooms.

Very nice place in Estes Park!

We had a lovely stay in this property. The house was really clean and the kitchen well equipped. The location is fantastic. The only caveat is that the upstairs bedroom (which is the one with its own bathroom) doesn't have a wall so it's not great in terms of privacy and it can be a little hard to sleep in in the morning with the light coming in. Overall, we had a great time and Cameron was excellent with his communication and responding to our messages :)

Great porch. Great neighborhood

Loved the porch and the riverwalk. Close proximity for coffee and dining. Road noise was always there but not too bad. Kitchen, living and dining roms were great. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. The only negative was that if you set the temperature at 73F, the upstairs was too warm and the basement was ice cold. Communication and access were excellent. Very nice home.

Very Nice VRBO Property

This is one of the nicest and well maintained VRBO properties that I have rented. The property exceeded my expectations. It was even better than the pictures and description. If you’re visiting RMNP, you will not find a better location. The park entrance is a few miles from your doorstep. This property has appointments and amenities you don’t typically find in most VRBO rentals. There are winter coats and raincoats available for use as well as snowshoes and poles which we put to use a couple of days in the park. If you’re looking for a base location for your visit to RMNP and surrounding areas, this is the place! You will not be disappointed in this property.

Hidden Gem with abundant wildlife!

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary and absolutely loved all this townhouse had to offer! The pictures don't do this property or the landscape justice. We had an amazing stay touring the RMNP, shopping in the amazingly rustic town of Estes Park that is in walking distance to the townhome. We also visited the Stanley Hotel which is a must do and see if you like paranormal or Stephen King (our tour guide was amazing). Our townhouse was a corner unit and offered "postcard views" a great added addition was the plethora of winter coats to choose from. We brought heavy skiing jacket for our stay (we flew to CO, so space was limited) it was so thoughtful to have light weight jackets available. Not to mention a bottle of local wine and goodies too! Our host was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. The guidebook in the kitchen has a ton of information and activities to do. The fireplace was a great option that this property offered. Loved waking up and drinking coffee by the fire and gazing at the beautiful landscape. Oh yeah, and the map hanging in the bathroom of the master suite is super cute to look at and offers a snapshot of what this town has to offer. We plan on staying again and bringing the whole family to experience such an amazing place to have a winter getaway. Thanks again AS

Perfect!

The townhome was comfortable and perfect for our family vacation to Estes Park. The location was perfect, centrally located to Main Street and thr RMNP entrance. We had beautiful views of the mountains and had elk in the yard. We will be back!!

Nice place and great location

Nice place but it was hard to regulate the temperature. Upper level was hot and the lower level was cold. No for anyone 70 and over. Lots of steps to just get in and the to your bedrooms.

We fell in love with the nature that Estes Park offers and wanted to have the opportunity to experience it more abundantly. We love that we are minutes away from the mountains and hiking as well as downtown shopping and food. Depending on our mood we can enjoy a rustic hike or browse the local shops. There is no other place like Estes Park.

We prioritize comfort above all else and that is why we furnished this home with the best of everything. When we vacation we love to be welcomed with a bed and pillows that are as comfortable as our own. With that intention in mind, we acquired high end mattresses, TV's with sound bars, high quality linens and bedding, down pillows and beautiful furniture. You will not be wanting for a thing when you vacation with us as we've furnished this property with all the things we'd want for our own home.
