Kodin sisä- ja ulkotiloissa on lodge-tunnelma upealla modernilla sisustuksella. Siinä on 6 kauniisti sisustettua yksityistä makuuhuonetta, 4 kuningasta, 2 kuningatara, 5. 5 marmorista ja graniittista kylpyhuonetta vuoristo- / villieläinympäristöjen kaiverruksella lasilla ja peileillä. Rakastat rentoutumista 2-kerroksisessa perhehuoneessa suuren kaasutakkan, DirecTv: n, 52 ": n taulutelevisio-tv: n ja panoraamanäkymän takana sijaitsevan mäntymetsän takana. Talvella pääkerroksen keittiö ja pääkylpyhuoneet lämmitetään. Kaunis gourmet-keittiö, jossa graniittiset työtasot, 48 "- 6 polttimen kaasuvalikoima, 2 astianpesukonetta, 2 pesuallasta, 2 ruoanlämmitin, Sub-Zero-jääkaappi ja erillinen pakastin jääpalakoneella. Ruokapöytä mahtuu 10 ja 2 baarissa. Kannettava suorakaidepöytä ja 6 taitettavaa tuolia. Keittiövälineet toimitetaan. Palvelu 20: lle. Vieraita, jotka tuovat suuria ryhmiä, kehotetaan ostamaan paperitavaroita, ruokia ja ylimääräistä jäätä.

Family reunion

This was perfect for our large family reunion. The movie theater, sauna, and jacuzzi were so much fun! The house is very well maintained. We loved waking to the sound of birds and the creek outside. Sundance is a beautiful community and has a very intimate vibe in the resort area.

The perfect staycation

I booked the cabin for a family weekend getaway. We stayed January 27-30th. There is something for everyone at this wonderful cabin! From the movie theater, or hot tub to gathering around the large dining room table for a family game night. Everyone had a blast! We will definitely be back!!

Dream House for Family Togetherness

Rented for 2024 Thanksgiving holiday. 13 of us--adults, children and 1 baby--were very comfortable. Plenty of space for all. Have rented many VRBO's, but this kitchen was best-equipped of all. Plenty of fridge/freezer/pantry space; good knives and appliances. We cooked a lot. Owner/managers have thought of every detail. All was spit-spot clean; good wi-fi strength and water pressure. Theater system was great. Grateful for the Christmas decorating, including a tree, well in advance of Christmas. Made kids so happy. Great communication from owner/manager. We hope to stay again, maybe in summer. Ideal home.

Family Ski in Sundance

Our extended family of 13 (5 grandchildren 5 & under, plus 3 children with spouses, and us) enjoyed a wonderful skiing holiday in this spacious home. Plenty of privacy in the separate sleeping quarters spread across 3 floors, plus large common spaces (kitchen, dining, living, movie theater) for gathering all together. Easy check-in process; great communication with the hosts; house had everything we required to for 7 comfortable nights together.

February 2023 Family Ski Week

This property was perfect for our two families with teenagers. The house is really well equipped with everything you would need and more. It’s only a mile from Sundance Resort making it really easy for a ski vacation. Stephanie went above and beyond to help us during our stay which was in the middle of the most snow Sundance has ever seen. We would highly recommend and hope to come back again!

Perfect Family Mountain Retreat

We loved staying here for our family reunion. It’s a beautiful property with a lot of space for our 4 families. The house is well stocked with linens, pillows, sleeping bags and mats for our kids and the kitchen had all we needed to cook and is very organized. Stephanie, the property manager was so nice to work with and helped us immediately with any questions or needs we might have. The theatre room was a favorite spot for cousins to watch movies. And such a Beautiful location!

Sleeps Six Couples, Not 20 People

For starters, this is a very nice house. Spacious, great setting, the Sundance area and resort are absolutely beautiful, and easy access to many great hikes and other activities. Utah is a top 5 state for me and the location couldn't be better for filling a week with things to do. Each year we rent a large house for an extended family vacation and we've stayed in some amazing houses in Sedona, Alaska, Montana and Mexico (www.casacarole.com). This house does not compare as well for a couple reasons: 1. The "sleeps 20" portion of the listing is simply not true. There are six bedrooms, each with a king or queen bed, so it sleeps 12 people, but only in the form of 6 couples. We were a group of nine - two families with two college/high school age kids each and a grandma - and we couldn't fit without asking grown kids to share a queen bed. Ultimately the owner provided an air mattress as a condition of booking, but that was still a tough option for one of the kids when you're paying $1000/night. The "sleeps 20" statement comes from the availability of 8 sleeping bags and floor mats. Much like I can't put a tent and a sleeping bag in the backyard of my 4-bedroom house and call it a 5-bedroom, a sleeping bag does not count as accommodations in a house of this type and cost. 2. The value for the price comes up short. The summer rate for this house should be cheaper than the winter rate as several amenities (hot tub, sauna, steam room) are wonderful for a winter vacation, but unusable on 80-90 degree summer days. 3. The sound system in the movie theater was not calibrated properly, so we watched only one movie because you couldn't hear dialogue out of the center speaker without turning the overall volume up to ear-splitting levels. The owner is very specific about renters not touching any dials or wiring in the theater, so we couldn't use the theater from then on. 4. There were other small things that left a sour taste like the fact that the owners don't provide wine glasses of any kind. For $8000/week, a $100 purchase of a wine glass set should be a no-brainer, but the owner said they're not drinkers, so they don't provide them - so we drank wine out of plastic fountain soda cups. (Nothing wrong with wine out of a Solo cup! :) I imagine this is a wonderful house in the winter with days spent skiing Sundance and evenings in the hot tub & theater, but the value isn't there in the summer and the bedding description should be more accurate.

Beautiful, Spacious Cabin!

This is our families’ second time staying at this cabin, for our family reunion. We love the spacious great room, the large kitchen, and especially the theater room. The back deck is fun to cookout and sit by the wood fire. The rooms are spacious enough to have kids sleep on the ground with you if needed. The lighting is a little weird to figure out at times, but overall one of our favorite cabins in Sundance.

Wonderful Winter home

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in this beautiful and well appointed winter home. The kitchen and furnishing were outstanding as were the amenities such as hot tub, sauna, steam room and deck. All of our friends enjoyed our stay together and appreciated the large living room and theater room. Overall we had a wonderful week- only wish we had more snow for snow shoeing.

Exactly as advertised. A great home in a nice time staying at this home. Plan accordingly and bring all of your food and drinks up the mountain when you arrive because you don't want to have to go back and forth to Provo for supplies if you don't have to.

Fall Colors and Family Fun

We certainly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful mountain retreat during the height of fall colors! There was plenty of space for our adult children, spouses, and 3 grandchildren. The kitchen won me over! We enjoyed making meals in the spacious area with all the amenities necessary. The hot tub and sauna kept us warm and entertained when the temperatures dipped down! Wonderful, wonderful!!

The Perfect Cabin for our Family Get Together

60th Birthday stay with family

The Luxury Mountain Home was perfect. We had our adult children and their children come for my wife's 60th birthday. It was prefect and fit our families needs. Nice big kitchen to cook family meals in. Plenty of room for everybody to be together as well for everybody to spread out as needed. Nice views from the peaceful back deck. This house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would defiantly stay again.

When looking for a location to build our cabin, nothing could compare to Sundance! The cabin is just a short drive up beautiful Provo canyon and is nestled in the amazing Sundance Resort made famous by Robert Redford. While at Sundance you feel like you are secluded in the majesty of the mountains, but with all the conveniences of a big city, Provo, just 15 minutes away. A 30 minute drive takes you to the fun and excitement of Park City and Deer Valley. The Entertainment options are endless at Sundance. Skiing. new Zip Line. Horseback riding. Nordic Center. Hiking trails.

There are many fun things to do at Sundance ALL year round. Spring provides budding forests, wildlife and a roaring rivers and creeks. Summer's calm temperatures are a welcome respite from the scorching heat of the valley. You can hike Mount Timpanogos or Stewart Falls or just take a leisurely stroll around Sundance Resort, or take the ski lift to the top of the mountain, and back down again. The amazing Fall colors of Provo canyon are something no one should miss. Winter brings world class skiing on the greatest snow on earth! When you are in the cabin it's hard to leave. You can spend the day simply reading a book on the back porch swing in the summer, taking a steam or sauna in the spa room or soaking in the hot tub during a cold winter day. And what's better than watching a movie in your own private theater. You will love cooking in this gourmet kitchen and watching the wildlife outside the window. At night you can have fun listening to your favorite CDs/phone playlists that can be heard in the kitchen, family room and hot tub area outside. Games can be played in the large family room or up in the recreation loft. Bring your own gaming system to play in the loft; TV and gaming chairs provided. There is so much to do in Sundance, make sure you spend enough time with us to do it all!
