This exceptional property is minutes from Brainerd/Baxter and the many resorts and golf courses of the Brainerd Lakes area. This home was built in 2018 and includes 2 acres of property with mature oak, pine, and birch trees. The private retreat on Red Sand Lake provides a serene setting for your family to unwind. Enjoy the amazing views the minute you walk through the doors. This five bedroom, three bathroom allows you to have a quiet weekend on the lake with your family or invite the extended family for an up north adventure. Many things to enjoy include: a huge yard to play games, two patios, two fire pits, as well as a kayak, paddle board, and paddle boat to enjoy the lake. The home is just minutes away from the Madden’s and Cragun’s golf courses too.

Great location and property

The location was ideal and the space was incredible! Having 3 bathrooms and lots of bed space was perfect for our group of 10. The open space allowed for easy visiting and the big table was perfect for games. Host was responsive and helpful. We will definitely utilize this site in the future.

Golf trip

This house worked perfect for us. We had four adult couples with plenty of room. On the lake and close to town it was great.

Excellent

We absolutely loved this property! The only compliment that we generally had was the TV remotes in the king size room downstairs were not working. We didn't get a chance to use the paddle boat however the paddle board was fun. We had a fire one night and didn't see tge firewood until we picked some up in town. We left what we had up there for the owners/ future guests. Thank you again for everything

The property was as advertised. Spacious, clean, and well appointed. Lots of room for sleeping, and general all around large social areas. Everything we needed was there and available. Our host was very attentive and was easy to work with. We would stay here again in the future.

Golf trip with friends

We loved the property. It was perfect for our group of friends who came for a golf trip. Jerr was a great host. My only recommendation is to get another driveway trash can (it quickly overfilled). Thanks and we hope to visit again!

The best furnished cabin we have ever stayed in. It’s exactly as they said it would be. Owner was very accommodating and made sure you were happy with everything. Highly recommend staying there!

Long July Weekend.

The house was beautiful and fit 10 of us perfectly. Very welcoming and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The location was also ideal. Close to all of our favorite Brainerd places. The only downside was the lake front. Just okay and pretty weedy. Didn’t really want to get in the water. The lake was super quiet and peaceful though. We had a great stay and would go back.

Beautiful and quiet lake property

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Weather was amazing. Rooms were very spacious and beds big enough for all couples. Common area was great for meals, cards, and plenty of conversation. Host had fantastic communication. My only complaint is that we were not aware they had pets and allergies acted up a bit. There was also a spot on one of the couch armrests that smelled like poop (presumably from a pet sitting there).

Fantastic place to stay with family

we were in town for a "Nashville Comes Home" concert series our nephew was playing in. All the family were able to stay at one place and support our nephew. It was perfect for us and had 2 older grandmas that were able to get around with walkers w/o problem. Great place to stay!!

Wonderful place for a girls' weekend!

There were 10 ladies that stayed here for an annual get-together. We found the house to be beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable! The host was very easy to work with and check-in was simple. We will definitely be back!

Amazing space!

We had a blast at Jerr’s place the community style space allowed us to play games, watch movies, and make meals all while being together! Could not recommend enough, the owner was very communicative, and quick with responses!

Great okace for a family getaway

We had a great time stay here, the layout was perfect for having an infant and a toddler. With three families it was an ideal layout and the property was wonderful and the views were stunning. Perfect weather also made the weekend perfect!

Home on Red Sand Lake

Our stay was wonderful. Clean, charming, plenty of room -- and rooms and bathrooms! -- for a family weekend of food, cards, charades, and crafting. The lake is beautiful (very shallow, if that makes a difference to boaters), and we were greeted each morning by swans in the early-morning fog. Stunning! Communications with the owner were prompt and helpful; and he's local, so if we had had any problems (we didn't!), he'd have been available to trouble-shoot. It was the perfect lake home for our annual family weekend.

Great Fall Getaway

The spacious 5 bedroom cabin worked great for our group. The location can't be beat as it's only minutes from town but nicely secluded in a quiet neighborhood. Jerr was a great host and was very responsive to messages. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the Brainerd Lake area.

Absolutely Breathtaking !!

What a great rental!! I needed a place for myself and my family from out of town to stay for a memorial, and this place was perfect, there was room(s) for everyone. This beautiful cabin type home with a huge picture window overlooking the lake. It was incredible. two things, a few bean bags in the living room, and a memory foam topper and dresser in the downstairs guest bedroom with the log queen bed :) We were only there for the weekend but WOW, it was so peaceful and beautiful. Thank you so much !!

Girls getaway weekend

10 of us stayed 2 nights for a girls weekend and we had so much fun! The house itself is spacious and comfortable. Nice location and the lot is very private from surrounding neighbors! The host Jeremiah is great at responding and very nice to deal with. Highly recommend if looking to stay in the area!

Golf outing

Some friends and I got this place for a golf weekend. The place was perfect for the group of 7 men to relax and hang out with the open layout. The fire pit outside was a nice spot as well. Pictures do not do this property justice.

Better than we could have hoped for

Let me just say- Do yourself a favor and Just Book this property!!! The pictures don’t do this beautiful property justice!!! As you pull into the driveway- your jaw will drop and you will be amazed to the beauty of this property!! It is tucked away and quiet; you feel like you are in the middle of the woods; far away from everyone!! You walk through the door and the view is breathtaking!! My husband and our two young boys; along with my sister, her husband and 2 teenage daughters; had the most magnificent time!!! We all had our own rooms (with more beds than needed) and had our own bathrooms- which was a Huge plus!!! The owner was the nicest person; and communication was ABOVE EXPECTATIONS!!! There is absolutely nothing I would have changed; nor do I have anything negative about this property or owner!! Once again- Do yourself a favor and just BOOK it!!! You will not regret it!!! Thank you Jerr for giving my family such wonderful memories!!

Ideal for 5 bedrooms

Jerr was a great respo sive host. We have rented 8 units the past 2 years, all over the country. We needed to make an immediate new reservation after a bad experience with Evolve on another rental with a deceptive description. This is a 5 bedroom house on Red Sand Lake with a spacious house, great views, and a few miles away from Gull Lake Recreational public beach that my National Park Annual pass allowed us to get in for free. We cooked in house, grilled, and had a great beautiful home base to relax and each of us 9 in all to have our family time and time alone if wanted. We grilled, relaxed, played games, and had 2 firepits, 2 porches, and the best view of a great wildlife lake. With swimming and boating on premier lakes close this was an excellent place for us. More room than we have ever had with similar described 4-5 bedroom homes and 3 bathrooms. Jerr was attentive to our questions and needs, treats for us and a fun assortment of drinks when we arrived. Ice making fridge, water, and ample cookwear. Jerr was a great host even put in a new washer when we werethere. Friendly owners, he's a teacher so expected nothing but that. Great location for activities, turtle races, Ernies, and a asian restaurant, Moreys Fish and a meat market nearby. We had a great family time for our lake home summer trip once every other year. I would say the pictures and description undersold the property. Just a perfect place for us.
