Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.

Welcome to your temporary home! With exceptional curb appeal, you’ll be amazed as soon as you arrive outside the home. The charming stucco exterior, huge front lawn, and manicured landscaping come together in a picturesque way. You can feel free to park your car in the garage away from the hot Texas sun. Inside, the home is brimming with gorgeous custom features, including beautiful flooring and an impressive lighted staircase leading to the upper level. The space is bright with an open-concept layout that creates great flow throughout. You’ll immediately feel right at home!

But first let’s check out your backyard oasis, since we’re pretty sure you’ll be spending a lot of time back here! There is so much to do in this gorgeous fully fenced-in space. Cook up a feast in your outdoor kitchen with barstool seating. Slip into the huge beautiful pool with lovely rock features. Relax and soak up the sun on the tanning ledge built into the pool. Chill out on the jacuzzi. The patio area also has lots of seating and a dining set. You’ll truly be able to relax back here.

Inside, the living room is furnished with comfy couches and beautiful décor creating a welcoming and homey atmosphere. Gather as a group, relax by the fireplace, and enjoy some time together whether you’re watching TV, making plans for your trip, or just making new memories. The stunning gourmet kitchen is open to the living area with beautiful cabinets and granite countertops. The Neighborhood:
Situated in a highly sought-after neighborhood in Rowlett, your vacation home will be in a growing up-scale community, located right by Lake Ray Hubbard. There is a very special Bass Pro Shop located 10 minutes away right by the lake, offering great views, shopping, an aquarium, arcade, onsite restaurant, and a private sand beach. There are also many local parks and trails nearby. You’ll also be 40 minutes to DFW Airport and just 30 to downtown Dallas.

You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens and Dallas World Aquarium. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night!

Closer to Rowlett, the Wet Zone Waterpark is 10 minutes away, offering a fun destination for the whole family, and the Waterview Golf Club is also just 10 minutes away. There are also tons of green spaces. The Rowlett Creek Preserve (located 12 minutes away) offers a 15.6-mile-long trail and allows hikers to create paths ranging from one to 15 miles long. 5 minutes away and situated on 6.4 acres of land, Lakeside Park is a recreational area that features hiking trails that wrap around the lake. Additionally, Firewheel Town Center is just 12 minutes away in neighboring Garland, featuring an open-air shopping complex with lots of shops, entertainment, and restaurant options.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something
you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.

Other Things to Note:
★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★

We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.

You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.

If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★

Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.



★ NO STREET PARKING ★

No street parking allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway.



★ NO PARTIES/LARGE GATHERINGS ★

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.



★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★

Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.



★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★

Our fireplace is gas operated. Please only use this fireplace if you are familiar with how to use it properly and be aware that you are doing so at your own risk. Please DO NOT leave it unattended at any time. Thank you kindly.



★ TOWELS NOTE ★

Please note, we offer plenty of body towels for your use but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.



★ ENTERTAINMENT★

All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
