Pink Wing, Pet-Friendly Cottage near Hospitals, SSU

This home is a perfect place for those planning an extended stay in Savannah, less than a mile from Memorial Hospital and Savannah State University. With its proximity to the Truman Parkway, the historic downtown is just minutes away, as is I-95. A trip to the beach at Tybee Island is a mere 30 minutes’ drive.

You’ll rest in a cozy home with new furniture and amenities and flamingoes everywhere. We loved the flamingo touches so much, we named our space, “Pink Wing.”

Pink Wing has a screened-in back porch where you can relax on cool evenings and watch the pets in the yard.

The home has 3 bedrooms: a king, a queen, and one with a double bed. One bathroom includes a full bath. A separate private office with desk, executive chair, and extra monitor is a fine place to do business, and our 1-gig wireless Internet will give your efforts a big boost

Pets are welcome–with some restrictions, see below. There is no fenced-in area outside, so owners will need to secure their pets. Richmond Hill has a nice array of parks with opportunities for both humans and pets to exercise.

The large kitchen has the amenities of home and is stocked with a temporary supply of necessities. A washer and dryer is available in the back.

This home rents for 30 nights or more.

For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.

Starter supplies are provided, but guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc.

Pet friendly: Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and Wolf Hybrids.

Violators will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.
