Spacious townhouse with a warm, rustic vibe. Cozy up by the fire in the comfortable family room or out on the patio with the firepit under the pergola. Located on a quiet street tucked away but with quick access to the Greenbelt paths that meander their way through the valley following the Boise River or to Downtown Boise. The fairgrounds and Boise Hawks minor league baseball stadium are walkable distance - or hop on one of the bikes that are available in the garage!

The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom and walk in closet. Other bedrooms have both closets and dressers for convenience. A TV with DVD player is located in the bunk bedroom making it the perfect hang out for kids! All bedrooms are located up one flight of stairs with the living area all on the main floor. Small but fully fenced backyard is great for kids or dogs.

Multiple grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, and restaurants are located within a couple miles from the townhouse. A few miles further you can find the Boise Towne Square Mall in one direction or the heart of Downtown the other direction. Downtown Boise offers a wide variety of shopping and restaurants, water activities such as Quinn's pond or floating the Boise River at Barbara Park, the zoo, art museum, Discovery Center, Steelhead's Hockey, Boise State University, Morrison Center for Performing Arts, and trailheads to hikes in the foothills.

Additional security deposit may be required depending on pets and/or length of stay. Booking implies agreement to pay any fees/deposits and honor House Rules. Unsigned rental agreement means no entry. Pets must be discussed/approved and paid in advance - dog friendly only; no cats - maximum 2. To maintain the condition of the home the pet fee will be $60 for 1 pet and $120 for 2 pets. Failure to disclose a pet at this property before check-in could result in a $500 fine, immediate eviction with no refund and additional expenses may be charged. Top bunk weight limit is 200lbs.
