Inside is everything you need including wifi and four smart TVs. There is a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Also on the first floor is a king bedroom with en- suite including spa bathtub and shower. When work calls, there is a desk/chair perfect for zoom calls. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with its own private balcony and Adirondack chair. In the third bedroom are fun, twin bunk beds and a queen bed for kids or adults as needed.

A two car garage includes a game room on one side, room for 1 car, and includes many beach toys including floaties, beach mats, sand toys, umbrella, and a beach wagon to conveniently transport everything. Game room includes ping pong table, Pop-a-shot basketball game, ring toss, and bar for outdoor fun!

Along Scenic Gulf Drive are restaurants, shops, and great coffee all within walking distance. Off of 98 are shopping malls, golfing, mini golf, and many restaurants for every taste.
