The condo features an upscale interior detailed with hardwood floors, a charming fireplace, and a hand-crafted stone archway in the kitchen. The free city shuttle stop is conveniently located just outside the complex and will take you directly to the slopes at Winter Park.

The living room is outfitted with a sectional sleeper sofa and 32” TV with Blu-ray. Get cozy by the wood-burning brick fireplace after fun-filled days on the mountain. Whip up tasty meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and enjoy them at the kitchen bar.

This second-floor condo sleeps up to four guests between the bedroom and a sleeper sofa. Sleep soundly on a plush king-size Marriott bed in the bedroom (one of the highest rated beds in the hospitality industry). The bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination.

Your reservation includes access to the High Country Haus Recreation Center, just 170 yards away. Enjoy access to luxe shared amenities, including an indoor pool, two indoor hot tubs, one outdoor hot tub, and a clubhouse with a pool table, TV, and coin-operated washer/dryers.

Just outside, the free city shuttle picks up every half hour, providing convenient access to local attractions and Winter Park Resort.

Things to Know
If traveling with a larger group, consider renting the additional 3BR condo next door for added space.
Although this condo is not equipped with AC, it is rarely needed with Winter Park’s mild summer temperatures.
Please note that this unit is only accessible via a flight of stairs.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
