Viihtyisä ja mukava Beach House sijaitsee bluffi edellä Seacliff State Beach ja tarjoaa upeat näkymät Seacliff State Beach ja Monterey Bay. Siinä on kolme makuuhuonetta ja kaksi kylpyhuonetta ja nukkua jopa kahdeksan. Kuningas makuuhuoneessa on liukuva lasiovi, joka tarjoaa merinäkymät ja ääniä surffailla. Queen makuuhuoneessa on myös liukuva lasiovi, joka avautuu sivulle patio. Viimeinen makuuhuoneessa on upouusi parivuode. Siellä on myös pieni bonus huone / den kanssa vedä vuodesohva. Olemme asentaneet kaasu takka loki kauniissa joki rock takka - tehdä helpoksi pysyä lämpimänä kylmänä talvipäivänä tai lämpenee jälkeen uida Tyynenmeren. Satelliitti-tv on saatavilla olohuoneessa, kuningas huone, ja bonus huone. Langaton internetyhteys on saatavilla pitää sinut yhteydessä. Keittiömme on äskettäin päivitetty 5-polttimen kaasu-alueella, konvektio-mikroaaltouuni ja graniittiset työtasot. Se on myös täysin varustettiin astiat ja kattaus yli 8 vierasta. Pienet laitteet, kattilat, pannut, ja erilaisia mausteita avulla on helppoa ja hauskaa pysyä ja kokki aterian. Tai, kävellä yksi useita ravintoloita lähellä hauska ilta ulos. Trex-kannella on kaasu-BBQ, ulkokalusteiden kalusteet ja sopii erinomaisesti rentoutumiseen ja viihdyttämiseen. Ajotieltä on pysäköintialue 2-3 autoa. Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta - tämä on täydellinen paikka perheen loma tai romanttinen pakopaikka kahdelle!

Beautiful on the bluff

We had a lovely stay. It was a large space for 4 adults but we liked having the elbow room. Only cramped space was the bathrooms. The dining area at the back of the house was surrounded by windows and the view of the ocean made it feel like we were on the deck when it was a little too cool actually be out there. The only down side was the windows on the ocean side need to be replaced. The seal has been breached and there is condensation between the panes impairing the view a bit. But when it is warm you can just sit on the deck with nothing but gorgeous views.

A wonderful stay

Everything was clean and organized.The kitchen is extremely well stocked with every kind of cooking utensil and appliance. Everything worked well with no problems. There were plenty of towels and blankets. There is a ton of room to sit around both inside and outside.

Beachfront Relaxation

The property is beautiful, the view of the ocean is stunning, and the area is just delightful. The host is very approachable and attentative if you have any questions. We had a fabulous time there and plan to return.

Spectacular house with true ocean views great visit

The Aptos beach house was just as spectacular in reality as it appears in photos, and owner Gina was very responsive and helpful. The location is unbeatable, with unobstructed and gorgeous views of Seacliff Beach State Park, which had spectacular waves throughout our 6 days. The beach, Marianne's Ice Cream and a couple of cute restaurants are a short walk away and Santa Cruz, Monterey, Carmel and the Redwoods state parks are all an easy drive. We flew into San Franscisco, about an hour and a half drive. My husband and I, and our 3 adult offspring stayed very comfortably in the house through Christmas and the first few days of Hanukkah, and we made many of our meals in the kitchen and outdoor grill. Everything worked well and there were plenty of plates,utensils, pots and pans etc. We enjoyed the views, fireplace and movies and board games on rainy nights. I highly recommend this beautiful rental and would definitely stay there again!again.Weseeking

Beautiful view

We had a girl's weekend and we had the best time. Property is just as listed. It has a cabin like feel. The views of the ocean are unbelievable. We would have morning coffee on the patio. Then evening wine inside when it was chilly. Fireplace just topped it off. There were plenty of dishes, cups, utensils. There is a corner store in walking distance and also a path that takes you straight to the beach. I would highly recommend this place and gladly stay again.

Beautiful restful and inviting

The VRBO presentation is very close to how the property presents. The layout of the house and patio is convenient and welcoming. The space is designed to provide the best space available for the best access to views. This is a wonderful retreat.

Always a fantastic getaway

This was our second time we stayed in this property and it was just as amazing as the first. Can’t go wrong with waking up and being steps away from a peaceful morning walk along the ocean watching the waves and the wildlife. Great Weekend in Aptos

Our family of four stayed here in late August 2024! Had a great time. Great communication with owner. Property has everything you need, everything worked, and absolutely wonderful view of the ocean\bay. Very comfortable furniture and layout! Walk to the beach and area marts. Safeway, etc.. literally few blocks away! We would love to stay again!

Great views and plenty of space!

We stayed with 4 adults and 2 young teenagers. The house has all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully stocked with more glasses, cups, plates, pots, etc. than I’ve ever seen in a rental! There is also a good BBQ which we used many times. The dish-washer and other appliances were high quality. The sun room is part of the dining area which makes it a great place for everyone to hang out and enjoy the view. The views are amazing, both from the sun room and from the large deck. The location is just steps away from stairs down to the beach, or you can walk down to Marianne’s for the best ice cream around. If you like gourmet food shopping, do yourself a favor and take the short drive to Deluxe Foods market. Overall, we loved the property and location and hope to stay here again!

The Perfect Getaway!

This house is the perfect spot to stay for day trips to Monterey, Carmel by the Sea and Big Sur. We so enjoy the antiquity of the property, the deck on back, and the FULLY stocked kitchen for our meals. Sleeping with the windows open and hearing the ocean was awesome. The house is rustic but comfortable, and the neighbor has been there for a long time. Views are great. Leave all doors shut to keep uninvited visitors (i.e. rodents) into the house.

Amazing views!

This is a cute cottage right on the sea cliff with amazing views of the ocean. We saw otters and seals with our binoculars and watched surfers too. The bedrooms are small, but have very comfortable beds. One bedroom has an ocean view. The bathrooms were tiny, but functional. It was nice to have 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped and has almost any gadget or appliance that you could want. The living room and family room were larger than expected. The location is convenient and the view is fabulous. We sat on lounge chairs and watched the ocean while relaxing. Marianne's ice cream is a few blocks away, as is a Mexican restaurant and a small grocery/liquor store. Safeway is 3 minutes by car and there is a great smoothie store in the same strip mall. We highly recommend this cozy cottage and hope to go back soon.

Great Location

We came here for a vacation with our adult daughters and two grandchildren to visit our son. The house was a great location for listening to the ocean and watching the ocean wildlife! Host was great to work with and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful location, cozy cottage!

Loved this cottage. So cozy with the river rock fireplace and the floor to ceiling windows with the ocean view! We were 4 friends staying so the bed/ bath ratio was perfect. Location perfect for exploring Santa Cruz Bay and Monterey Bay. I want to come back every year!!!

Easy access from Highway one. Nicely furnished, plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, to sit on and enjoy the view. Kitchen well furnished. The main bathroom is quite small and difficult for a tall person to use. The wrong entry code was given, so it took awhile to contact the property manager and obtain the correct code. Bathroom carpets and windows need cleaning.

Walking the beach each morning, enjoying a sunset with family and friends, walking to Manuel's for margaritas and Mexican food. Great food, golf, and shopping are all close by. Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk is only 15 minutes away - take the kids for a ride on the Giant Dipper roller coaster. Or take a drive down to Monterey or Carmel to experience the amazing Monterey Bay Aquarium or the famous 17 Mile Drive through Pebble Beach.
