Upouusi uusinta ja huonekalut !!! Uusi keittiö, kylpyammeet ja kaikki uudet huonekalut ja patjat.

Kuule aallot tässä Aptos-lomakodissa kadun toisella puolella naapuruston ranta sisäänkäynnistä Seacliff- ja Pot Belly -rannoille. Kävele hyvin kuvia Beachgate-polkua tai, jos sinulla on liikaa rantaasioita, aja 0. 2mi ja käytä toimitettua Kalifornian osavaltion puistolupaa ilmaiseksi pääsyä ja pysäköintia varten.

2 makuuhuonetta, 1. 5 kylpyä - vuodepaikkoja 6, Kalifornian king-vuoteella, queen-vuode ja vedettävä queen-vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Uusi keittiö, jossa graniittitiskit, uusitut kylpyhuoneet ja lämmin ulkosuihku.

Keittiö on täysin varusteltu ja talossa on pesukone ja kuivausrumpu, lämminvesisuihku ulkona, kaapeli-TV, WiFi, DVD-soitin, stereot CD-soittimella ja paljon pelejä.

Tuo vain uimapuku. Kaikki muu tarjotaan: liinavaatteet, rantapyyhkeet, tuolit, sateenvarjo ja lelut.

CasaMareAptos on duplex. Yläkerran huoneistoa ei koskaan vuokrata; Se on toinen kotimme ja me, puoliksi eläkkeellä pari, käytämme sitä viikonloppuisin.

My wife and i really enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. It is close to the beach and to the highway for access to other sightseeing areas like Cannery Row in Monterey. The hosts included 2 membership cards for the aquarium and a state park pass and which we used and appreciated. I highly recommend this location if you are planning to vacation in this area.

Love this property! It is a cute clean house with all the amenities you need. All of the rooms are more spaceouse than the pictures show. Bathroom has a shower stall and large vanity, other is a half bath. The location is amazing! There is a path about 2 house away that takes you down to the beach. The path is better for older kids as it is a steep hill. If you have younger kids, you can always use the parking pass provided by the owners. The neighbohood has alot to offer within walking distance if you want to eat out. Day trips to other beach towns within 5-15 minutes. Passes to the aquarium are a nice bonus. Definitely recommend this peoperty!

Great stay for the 2nd time, highly recommended!

We stayed here again after a great stay last year. This property is clean, super close to the beach, and affordable for families. The owners Marina and Sasha are wonderful and communication was simple. We would highly recommend this rental. We’ll be back next year!

Great spot, clean, very close to the beach!

We had a great time here. Good communication and the house was clean. No issues at all. We loved how close the beach gate path was and makes getting to the beach super quick. Would highly recommend, we look forward to staying here again!

A Gem!

Perfectly located, clean, upgraded downstairs unit right above Seacliff Beach. Hosts very accommodating with several surprises inside the home. Easy walk to the beach, great Mexican food, ice cream and more. Easy access to either Santa Cruz or Monterey areas made even better with the beach and aquarium passes provided by the hosts. We can’t wait to come back

Great for a small group!

We loved our stay! A quick walk to the beach, close to Santa Cruz and Monterey, with passes to the aquarium included, as well as a parking pass for all the state parks! We added things to our trip we hadn’t planned on because of these perks, and we had a great time! Plus, it’s a short walk to really yummy Mexican at Manuel’s and ice cream at Marianne’s! The house is clean and comfortable, and although the backyard is small, it is a great place to sit out in the sun in the morning and relax before starting the day. The sliding doors in the bedrooms were nice to enjoy the cool nights. If you are looking for the top sheets to the beds, which for some reason the beds just have a comforter, they are in the bottom drawer of the dresser. Wish we would have found those before our last night., but that’s the only complaint.

wonderful place to stay!

We were so very happy with our stay here. Everything was as stated, the passes to the Monterey Bay Aquarium were appreciated and enjoyed and they left us welcome gifts of wine and local, organic juice. We loved the binder with local suggestions and distances listed. Our hosts were lovely, responsive and helpful. If I had a question, Marina answered promptly and she was very kind to speak with. The only improvement that could possibly be made is to add screen doors to the sliding doors. We would have liked to open the house up a bit more, but didn't want to let any bugs or such in. The breeze and sounds of the ocean would have been enjoyable.

Extras, extras, extras!

Beautiful, cozy beach home with all the extras. Celebrated my daughters 6th birthday here. We were able to go to the monterey aquarium (5* too!), short drive to Santa Cruz boardwalk, and loved the very short walk to the beach that this house promised. Our check in was seamless, got to physically meet Marina and Sasha; they were absolutely lovely and even gave my daughter a birthday gift! We were all floored and so touched! The parking pass came in handy for some local beaches nearby that would have charged, the aquarium passes worked effortlessly, and the beach toys/chairs, etc were a hit for our kids. Thank you Marina and Sasha, this place was heavenly. We will definitely be back!

Cute, clean, great for smaller kids!

We stayed while in town for a wedding, and we had two adult couples plus a 15 month old, and the location was great! The state park passes and aquarium passes were perfect, (not only can you use the member entrance for the aquarium, but certain days and times of year it allows you to enter a half hour before general admission, and that place gets BUSY). The house was easily childproofed for little ones, which can sometimes be a challenge with these types of rentals. My only comment is that the listing said this is a house, but it is actually the downstairs apartment of a house. Still a walk-out, not underground, but not a single family like I was expecting. The apartment is bright, but definitely no views despite being so close to the water.

Worst place we ever stayed

We stayed at this place in November 2021. From the start the experience was horrible. First the key and lock for the main door looked like it needed to be replaced. We could not get in and had to call the owners and wait for them to show up to give us another key to a separate door. Inside the place had mold in the kitchen and parts of the wooden floor were warped and likely moldy underneath. Our entire family fell sick likely due to mold allergies. We also did covid tests just to be sure and thankfully they were all negative. We had to cut our visit short and this totally ruined our vacation. We reported this to the owners and they said they will get mold testing done and share the report with us. They never did that and never refunded us any money even though we could not stay at the property. VRBO did not support us with the issue either. This is the last time we are using vrbo. I would highly recommend no one else stay at this property if you care about your health.

This was a great place to stay for the 4 of us! Clean, quiet, and close to the beach!I would reccomend walking to Maryanne's for ice cream and Castelli's Deli for coffee and muffins!The driveway fit our full size 4 door pickup so it can fit pretty much any vehicle.We would stay here again!

The location of this property is excellent. It is close to a small grocery, deli and very close to the beach. We were able to walk to downtown Capitola, though it was quite a long hike. We enjoyed every minute of it!

Super clean and has everything you need. We had a little time figuring out how to arrange for three different people to use their own things in the very small shower, but once we got set up it was good. We could have stayed more than 5 days! Next time…..

We had a great week in Aptos. Marina and Sasha were the best hosts. The house had the best location and the walk to the beach is so beautiful. It was also so nice to have access to the aquarium and state parks passes too!

You couldn't ask for more!

The hosts of this beach house have thought of everything. The place was perfect for us. Three adults of family and friend. If you like a little exercise walk the trail actoss the street to the beach. Or use the free parking pass to drive atound the corner and park 5 strps from the beach!

Casa Mare is our second home. We spend weekends (sometimes long ones since we love it here so much more than the hectic Silicon Valley) in the upstairs apartment. Our kids are grown so it’s just the two of us. We are available to answer any questions and to share our favorite places to visit and eat at.

Both being scientist, we used a scientific approach, the Radar app, in selecting the warmest, least foggy beach community. We were surprised to discover that often there is a 15 to 20 degrees difference with in less than 10 miles.
We chose our home because of proximity to the beach and it’s unique architecture.

For the past 30+ years we have rented over 100 places all over US and Europe and have used this experience in setting up our home. We furnished it with all the things that we’ve enjoyed and appreciated: tourist information, guide books, lots of books and games for adults and kids, cooks kitchen, extra towels and linens, and of course everything one would need for the beach, even kites. Many guests comment on our location and how well-equipped our home is.
