Heaven on Hood Canal

Our family had a such a wonderful stay at this lovely home it was hard to leave! It’s obvious that this home is special and loved by the owners and they’ve taken great care in making it comfortable, luxurious and inviting. Normally cooking feels like a chore on vacation, but I actually enjoyed cooking our meals in this VERY well outfitted kitchen. The welcome gift of snacks and wine was such a treat, and the coffee station was heaven every morning! The upstairs bath with its soaking tub and shower was such a treat at the end of a day. The outdoor space was perfect with fire pit, hot tub, outdoor eating space and fun access to the canal. Each day was difficult decide if we wanted to go off for adventures or just stay and enjoy the relaxing retreat they have created here. We are hoping we can make it back one day to enjoy it again! Thank you for sharing your special place with us!

Olympic NP visit

We were looking for a comfortable base for a trip to Olympic National Park and didn't know anything about the area. We came across this property and the description/price seemed a good fit for our family of four. We arrived late and had some challenges accessing the property, but the owner was super responsive and helpful. The Olympic Peninsula is absolutely breathtaking. We jammed in a lot during our short stay and unfortunately didn't get to spend as much time at the house which is disappointing. The house and property are fantastic. Super comfortable house and stunning location. Wish we could have spent some time paddling on the canal, but wasn't meant to be. Maybe a follow up visit we can take more advantage of what the house/property has to offer. Really enjoyed our short visit.

Pristine ease on the water's edge

This house is refined but warm-I could easily see it being an oasis in fall and winter. You want for nothing, the hosts have fully equipped the kitchen and bedrooms for your stay. My family visited in summer so we were able to enjoy the water, yard and included kayaks! the nice cement steps lead directly into the water during high tide and serve as a perfect sitting area for the entire day. The beach itself is small but full of beautiful shells and sea life. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

We had a friend's wedding at Hama Hama, this home was great location, small community, nice being on the water sitting on the deck enjoying the view and the sun. Kitchen well equipped, nice to have the creamer for coffee! Soda water in the built in water dispenser in the fridge! Comfy beds, easy to unlock door

Paradise on the water

Great location with amazing relaxing views. Traveling up from California the house has ALL the amenities and little things needed that most B & B's do not supply. The kids had a great time and we'll be back for sure.

Girls weekend!

What a beautiful place to stay!! The house is warm and cozy, the view is beautiful (we got to see a whale from the master bedroom on our first morning), and the local areas are so gun to explore. We plan on making this an annual trip here.

Amazing property and amenities!

The home was beautiful, full of luxurious amenities, very clean and beautiful views. Too many to list, but if you are viewing this property, BOOK IT! Impossible to be disappointed and the hosts were amazing as well. 10 out of 10, highly recommend!

Hood Canal Serenity

What a gem! The hosts were super responsive and attentive. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. The views of the Hood Canal are beautiful and I loved that I could launch my kayak from the end of the yard. I would love to come back here.

A lovely, quiet location and property,

This was a lovely place to stay for a few days. If you want somewhere that has almost everything you need and is in a quiet and serene place, this is a wonderful place to stay. The hosts were very communicative and the pictures show the place exactly how it is. We did lots of research to find the place to stay for our vacation and we are so thankful that this house was available for our dates.

Nice home on the Water

Nice, well maintained, family-friendly home on the lake with direct access to the water. What I appreciated: The views were awesome. Sitting out on the decks with my coffee and wine enjoying the views, was nice. Having direct access to the water steps away and kayaks were nice. The home was comfortable, and had all the necessities. The host communication was quick and efficient. Nice apple and pear trees too. What Could be Better: Window coverings on all windows and doors. There were two bird nest; one over main entry and one over the outdoor kitchen/ eating area which made both not usable as there was a ton of poop and no one wants to eat and cook and prepare food in those conditions. Owners stated they didn't want to remove nest while there were still baby birds in them-- There was a fruit fly problem the host made me aware of the morning of check in. They put out vinegar traps, which helped some, but the gnats were still a bit of a problem mainly in the kitchen area. issue.

Absolutely Breathtaking

This place was absolutely breathtaking! We booked this house for the last leg of our stay in Washington, and just wanted to stay at the property the entire time. My kids loved the hot tub and searching for crabs at low tide. We loved all the details of this house, so much to see while inside and outside the house. Beds were comfortable, shower immaculate and kitchen was fun to cook in. Hosts were very helpful and responsive to any questions. Highly recommended!

Pure luxury.

My best friend and I spent the weekend at this beautiful house. The decor, appliances, interior and outdoor living areas are pure luxury. And then you have the stunning view from the primary bedroom and that amazing wet room with six shower heads and a ceiling filled tub. We'll be back. 😉

I would stay here again and would definitely recommend this house to others. Location -great! right on the water. House - was super clean and very comfortable. Clean, cozy and cute!

This adorable house was perfect for a quiet weekend getaway with my hubby! We were greeted by a choir of barking sea lions which was quite fun and funny! The house was VERY clean! The kitchen was very impressive and appreciated! We did a bit of cooking but you could def cook for a family for a long stay no problem with all the cooking supplies! Very much loved the coffee grinder, plethora of beans, etc as well! They left frozen pizza in the freezer which we definitely took advantage of haha!! We loved the big dining table and eating our meals as we looked out at the water. We spent lots of time lounging on the couch! The master bathroom was very nice. The master bedroom was comfy, we loved the view from up there! We didn’t go outside much as it was raining most of the time but I was able to go out and take some gorgeous pics when the sun finally decided to come out for a few hours and we did get to enjoy the hot tub which was lovely and very clean. We would love to come back in the summer with the grandkids to enjoy the outdoor area more, kyaks, etc! The hosts were VERY quick to respond to messages! Thank you for providing a lovely home and great experience!!

Great Adventure Spot

We had a very comfortable stay! The house was perfect and provided everything we needed and more. We visited the Olympic National Park, Mt Rainier, kayaked a little, enjoyed a dip in the cool water at the canal, and enjoyed the hot tub for our semi sore muscles after all the hiking! The outdoor kitchen area was put to use as well as the amazing indoor kitchen! The view was spectacular!

Amazing weekend getaway.

This house has something for everyone. I had my 7 year old nephew with us and he had a blast. Although house is very nice it felt very comfortable. He stayed busy the whole time. Between the beach and the yard and the house. My personal favorite thing about this house was the master suite. Very relaxing. We saw birds, crabs, seals and this morning we even heard an elk bugling. Next time I hope I can stay longer to enjoy the kayaks.
