Family gathering

We all live in different areas so getting together isn’t easy. The holiday weekend was the perfect time to gather together. The accommodations were perfect. We had plenty to do at the cabin and surrounding area.

Wonderful Trip Beautiful Cabin

We came down with family for Spring Break and really had a wonderful trip. The cabin was prestige, cozy, and we'll stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the games, theatre room, hot tub, and the beautiful kitchen. The beds were the most comfortable we have had and we stay in cabins in TN multiple times a year every single year.

Fantastic Stay

We had a fantastic stay and the hosts were very responsive. We had a minor issue with the internet and hot tub, but both were taken care of immediately after we notified the host. We'll definitely be looking to come back soon.

Old Fashioned Gals & Travelin' Pals

Mountain Memories was the perfect place for these 5 high school friends to get together and enjoy the Gatlinburg area. As planner for our group's accommodations, I particularly liked the fact that there were bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us. The location was great, the place was comfortable, it was clean and reasonably priced. Our host was quick to respond to a request we made on day one! They were also quick to respond to any email questions we had during our stay and check-out process.

Perfect location

The house was in pristine condition, well furnished and in a great location between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It had plenty of space for our family of 7. The theatre/game room was great for the kids and the main floor had a fantastic kitchen, dining and sitting area. The beds were all comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond and provide d enough information ahead of, during and after check out that you’ll have few questions along the way.

Peaceful Palace

This was a peaceful palace in the mountains. It was a beautiful getaway where we could relax and make memories that will be cherished forever. This cabin is close to many fun things to do or just stay in and cozy up to the fireplace and enjoy the view. We would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

Huge space and great location!

My family of five and our friends (another family of five) stayed here and had an amazing time! Great location right down the road to the entrance of the Great Smokey Mountains park. Very close to restaurants and entertainment as well. The home was three levels with plenty of room for all ten of us. The kids enjoyed playing games and watching movies in the theater room. The balconies were nice and roomy. The kitchen was HUGE and had all the utensils and things we needed. We had an excellent experience and will definitely be back!

family christmas vacation

this VRBO was the best setup we have rented to date. kitchen well supplied with utensils. seven tv screens with home theater. well supplied with towels. basement games big hit with kids and kids at heart. used hot tub and outdoor grill and firepit. dollywood, dixie stampede, restaurants 10 minutes and easy traffic access.wood interior with cabin feel but plenty of room. Recommend highly as a frequent Vrbo renter!

Home Away from Home

The cabin was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Everyone loved it! The private bathrooms in every room was perfect. The kids loved the game room. We had a movie night in the theater. We cooked out and hung out in the hot tub. Our family of 9 loved everything.

Great new accommodations

Wonderfully clean and quiet. A bathroom for each bedroom is a huge game changer. Separate hotwater and HVAC for each floor is very nice. The kitchen is amazing and fully stocked with any cooking utensils you could ever need! This property is definitely added to our favorites list!

Awesome Place for Family Vacation

The house was huge. We had 9 adults and two kids, but there was still a lot of room for breakfast and hanging out during the day. The game room with shuffle board, air hockey and Pac-Man machine kept us busy for hours in the evenings. The hot tub was perfect after walking around all day, and the house is located really close to Dollywood, hiking trails and a Walmart to get your essentials!

Beautiful Home

Fantastic home. Everything was as represented online. Home was gorgeous and the amenities were fantastic. Family enjoyed playing on the various games and the beds were OOOHH so comfortable. Tess was great with communication. Perfect distance between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Loved our stay.

Clean, comfy, spacious, and great for kids and dogs

The cabin was perfect for our family. We were able to bring two different size dogs, and they enjoyed sitting outside with us on the deck. The two young kids enjoyed the game room and theater room. We liked having the large dinner table and plenty of seating on the main floor, so we could all hang out together. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking meals. The bedrooms were spacious, and each had their own bathroom. You could tell they put a lot of care into the details.

Excellent house and home base

Our family of 10 ranging from 12 years old to 88 loved the house. The beds are really comfortable. There were plenty of towels and starter toiletries etc. The common areas were comfortable with enough seating for everyone. We had breakfast and dinner at the house every night and appreciated rice cooker, slow cooker, etc. We had some of the best moments of our vacation on the lower level in multigenerational PAC MAN and air hockey challenges. We also found the location to be convenient to hiking, Ziplining, horse back riding the Gatlinburg parade and the Pigeon Forge fireworks. Great house and loved the decor!

Mountain memories with no Mountain View

The property was very nice. The kitchen has everything. The manager was great. Location to activities were great. Huge house with plenty of space and games. There is no Mountain View. Very loud construction every morning starting at 730-8am. The fire pit/back yard area has a septic odor when anyone in the house uses the water. 2 of the bedrrooms had clothing in the sheets (not ours) on the first night.

We had a really nice time & stay at Mountain Memories cabin!

My family of 6 enjoyed our stay at Mountain Memories cabin! It was spacious, clean and well decorated. We loved the big kitchen table and huge kitchen (fully stocked) for prepping meals “at home” during our stay. There was seating for 7 in the living room. We loved the suites with a private bathroom for each bedroom. 3 of the 4 bedrooms upstairs were very spacious. The game room was fun! We enjoyed the hot tub too. I’d say it was a 7 man hot tub. That was something I was looking for when cabin shopping was something to fit us all…from the hot tub, to the living room seating and bedroom space. This accommodated well! Best part was being able to bring our dog. Pet friendly cabins were not abundant in choice for the criteria/dates I was shopping at the time but I’d say this one was a win! The area honesty has so much to offer with attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and this cabin is halfway between the two. It took us no more than 10 minutes to get to either. There is no Mountain view, otherwise, I’d highly recommend this cabin!

Great location, horrible views..avid travelers

The inside was great! Our kids loved the hot tub, pac man, and air hockey. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The kitchen was great and well stocked. *The downside - one of the upstairs bathtubs started leaking. Fortunately, we were in the kitchen and were able to clean it up and stop it before it got to my husband’s work computer. When I told the manager she said it was common for cabins to leak. We have stayed in MANY cabins and they have never leaked. Another disappointment was the view off the back deck. We chose this cabin because of the picture they posted of the view. It was very deceitful. It was the worst view ever! We could see into another cabin and them as well. Our other view was of construction ALL day! The hillside was covered in their trash.

Beautiful ans spacious

Our stay at Mountain Memories was wonderful. The location is perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and easily accessible. The home is stunning and immaculate. We had plenty of space for two families. We enjoyed the hot tub and all of the family friendly games and theater room. Having a bathroom in every bedroom is so smart and convenient. I am so glad we found this home in our search and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
