Lovely Loveland Family Retreat

This 4 bedroom and 3 bathroom is a brand new multi-level family home in Loveland, CO. With the finished basement you have two bedrooms, a game room equipped with board and cards games. Entertain everybody with Mr. and Mrs. Packman, bumper pool, ping pong, poker AND air hockey! Or relax on the large adjustable couch in the TV entertainment room. A private fenced in backyard with year round Astroturf and a three-hole putting green. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front porch with a beautiful glimpse of the mountains! Just minutes away from downtown Loveland and plenty of breweries. Great access to Coyote Ridge, Bobcat Ridge, and Devil's Backbone! 45 minutes from Cheyenne, WY.

There are two security cameras on the property located on the front North side of the home covering the driveway, as well as one covering the back yard patio seating. Home is equipped with a ring doorbell camera also. Check in is no earlier than 4:00 pm and check out is no later than 11:00 am MST.

We stayed at the “Lovely Loveland” while in Colorado for a softball tournament and it was perfect. Loved the home, activities, and convenient location. This is a great place to stay with a large or extended family!

Great Stay

It was a great stay! Amanda is very communicative and professional. The house was clean and there were plenty of fresh towels. Large carpeted basement was great for the kids too. The backyard is fenced which is nice for kids as well. Would stay again for sure!

Perfect in Loveland

This is by far the best VRBO experience I have had in my life. Owners were super professional, friendly and helpful. The house is beyond spotless, very well appointed with all the stuff you need, comfortable, and spot on for the description as listed. Easy check in and check out too. We loved it.

The host was wonderful with communication, very prompt response to all my questions. She was very accommodating with my request. I traveled with my family, ranging in age from 1 to adults. The home had accommodations for every age group. From a baby gate for the staircase, children’s book and games and games for older children and adults. Can’t say enough about the property and the host. If we find ourselves in the area again, we would not hesitate to book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay. Home is newer and in perfect condition. Perfect size for a family. It has everything you would need. In a nice and quiet neighborhood. Everyone enjoy the Mr. and Mrs. Pacman arcade games.

Fun for the Family

My parents and kids stayed at the property for a week while my husband recovered from hip replacement surgery. The kids LOVED all the games and activities at the home which made their time away from mom and dad much easier. Highly recommend this place!

Great home

Our group consisted of 6 adults(3 couples) who trailered 3 motorcycles to Loveland to enjoy the beautiful area for a week. The accommodations were exactly as stated on the online listing and perfect for what our group needed. Communication with the host was prompt and very helpful. The price point was very fair. If we ever vacation in the area again we would definitely stay again.

This home was a dream

We couldn't have been more thrilled with this home. It's in an excellent location, it was very clean and very well stocked with all our needs. Beds were comfy with extra blankets as the basement was a tad chilly. The back yard and basement games were such a great bonus for our daughter. Everything was easy to use. Any communication we had was great with fast responses. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Colorado Getaway

Our family adventure was amazing. We had a rough start as we had trouble accessing the home the day we arrived. But the owner of the property and Vrbo handled the situation very well with us, the customer, at the top of mind. Denver was only an hour away. The home was so beautiful, welcoming and comfortable! We would definitely return. The local areas had much to entertain our group of 7 and the food was great! We highly recommend Vrbo, this property, and our adventures Meow Wolf, the butterfly pavilion and the Denver aquarium. We fell in love with the prairie dogs out in the open.

Perfect Place for family of four

This VRBO worked out great for us!! The host was quick to respond to any questions that we had. Quiet neighborhood . All rooms in the house were very clean. We did several meals at the vrbo and the spacious kitchen and eating area worked out great. Kitchen was well supplied with things we needed. We also enjoyed the large family room area in the basement to watch movies or NCAA basketball games in the evening. Beds in bedrooms were comfortable. Also enjoyed sitting outside in the private backyard. Drive to downtown Loveland was only about 10-15 minutes and Estes Park was only a half hour away. Our 4 day stay was wonderful. Will definitely use this vrbo in the future.

Grandparents with adult kids and grandchildren

We all attended a family wedding in Loveland. The vbro was lovely. Everything was clean and in working order. Grandma and Grandpa stayed on the first floor. the toddler and preschool kids stayed in the lower level with their Mom and Dad. Kitchen was well equipt. Back yard was fenced in so the kids could go outside. We did not spend a lot of time at the vbro as our Colorado family had many activities planned. We will stay here again in the future. Thank you.

This is a very clean, newer construction suburban home. It has great space for folks to hang out downstairs, and our young adults loved the game room. It was our hub for family weekend at CSU Fort Collins, which is about a 20-minute drive. The neighborhood is very quiet, but houses are in close proximity without privacy in the family friendly backyard. It is without a grill, but Loveland and Fort Collins offer many great eateries. The hosts are very responsive, and I truly appreciated their help getting a few extra blankets for the beds. You are close to running trails and a 30-minute drive away from the mountains.

Could not have been better.

Everything about the place was top notch. Washer and dryer was a treat . It was nice not to have to take home dirty laundry. I could also pack less. Loved the big farmhouse table for our family meals and games. Backyard with putting green was fun. All bedrooms were lovely. My bed was very comfortable. It is so much better than hotel rooms. There were plenty of towels. Loved the COFFEE. I’d come again.
