The home was as listed and a comfortable place for families to stay. Grandkids enjoyed the game room and large screen tv. Kitchen was perfect for eating together and was well stocked for us.

We enjoyed our stay at Avondale. The house was exceptionally well kept, clean, and organized. Our kids enjoyed the games and toys that were available and loved the movie room. We were easily able to sleep 9 people comfortably during our stay here.

The townhouse was perfect for our family of 8. Everyone could find their own personal space while also enjoying time with the rest of the family. The house was a perfect launching point for Estes Park and RMNP. There are many good restaurants and activities to do in Fort Collins. All are easily accessible from the house. The host was very helpful and responds quickly. We would come back again.

Memorial Day High School Graduation

The family converged to celebrate a grandson graduating from high school. Great location, lovely beds, very clean, well stocked. So convenient that two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the main floor but access from the outside does not have railing so folks with mobility issues might reconsider. The host was very responsive. Thank you.

Great Property for Families

We had family join us for a softball tournament our daughter was playing in and this location and space was perfect! We really enjoyed the outdoor patio set up and games available to keep everyone entertained. Our host was responsive to messages and over all a great experience. Highly recommended :)

Simply the Best!!!!!!

This home exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect. About an hour away from Denver, Estes Park & Cheyenne, WY. Literally the perfect location. The house was amazing. One of the best homes I've stayed in. There were so many small thoughtful touches to the house. Jessica was extremely quick to respond and an extremely gracious host. I promise you will not regret booking this beautiful home.

Fantastic place short drive to Ft Collins and Rocky Mountain NP

We stayed for my child’s graduation from Colorado State and we had 6 people staying from all parts of the country. The location was easy to find and the owner was very helpful. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious for us. It allowed us to travel around the area and then have a nice place to relax at in the evening. We all loved staying and would highly recommend it!

Highly Recommend

We came here for a family getaway and this place did not disappoint. The townhome was a perfect size for our family. It was a great place to come and relax in after exploring the city and Estes Park. A fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances, dinnerware, cups, silverware you could need. I especially enjoyed the Kcups that were provided for a nice cup of coffee on the patio every morning. Check in and check out process were very easy. Will stay here again if we travel to the area again. Host was very responsive to any needs we had.

Comfy and Welcoming

We stayed at this house for a entire week. Our daughter played in the “sparklers”softball tournament. This rental was so clean and complete. Everyone was happy to call this home for the week. The place is very nice and the theater room is a bonus. I recommend this rental you won’t be disappointed

Family Getaway

My family was coming from out of town, and we wanted a place we could be together and enjoy each other's company, but also enjoy the beauty of Colorado. This home definitely fit the bill! We enjoyed a lovely day at Horsetooth Reservoir, cooked lovely meals in the recently updated kitchen, and bopped around the MANY antique shops just around the corner. OH, and the movie theater and outdoor patio made for some very relaxing evenings! Jessica is a lovely host! She was incredibly responsive and communicated any additional info we might need throughout our stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Perfect family spot

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. It has plenty of room for everyone. It's well stocked and well cared for. Also, it is in a great location, close to main roads to get where you're going in Ft. Collins. We hiked Horse Tooth mountain and toured a brewery while we were there. The Owners are very easy to communicate with and are very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful home & great hosts

We booked this at the last minute and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The house had plenty of space for our group of eight. The kids enjoyed the rooms downstairs. After a couple of days we noticed that there was no TV in a common area upstairs; we obviously didn't miss it. The Union was recommended for dining, and it was a hit with the whole family. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable house with all the amenities needed for families. Adults could hang out upstairs and visit while kids could be loud downstairs in their own gameroom with tv and games. Great outdoor sitting area until the mosquitoes come out so take bug spray.

Loved this property

There is much to be said for a home that you are welcomed before you even arrive! I can not say enough good things about the property owners and the property provided everything we needed to provide some home cooked meals for our CSU freshman. The only thing that would have made this trip better would have been the rest of our family being able to help fill the empty beds we had... 🙂 Stay here and relax around the Fort Collins area, you will not regret it!

This home is in a great location with amenities of a great neighborhood. We are close to main intersections allowing you to get what you need during your stay. The kitchen has been newly remodeled and this is a fully furnished townhouse giving you more than your average townhouse. We have housed many guests here and all have felt a warm presence.

We want our guests to feel well taken care of and thought of by us. The patio furniture is comfortable for conversations and the rockers are perfect for tea in the morning. We have diffusers with lemon and/or lavender smells and fun, inspiring books to read. The space has been well thought out for maximizing the experience.
