Named for its proximity to the Oso Bay + backyard pond, the house is a short + beautiful 5-10 minute drive to the most popular beaches: (North) Padre Island, Laguna Madre/boat launches, piers, Marker 37, University, NAS, grocery stores, restaurants, bars + brewery.

Pet friendly. Cleanliness is our top priority, along with you feeling right at home. Come lounge in the backyard, play yard games + feed the ducks.

Primary Suite:
Features king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bathroom has a double vanity with one sink, private toilet and shower/tub combo. Two dressers and a wardrobe for hanging clothes with full length mirror. USB charging port. Smart TV.

Front Room:
Features queen bed, large closet with hangers. Shares bathroom with back bedroom. USB ports on lamps.

Back Room:
Features queen size bed + twin bed with en suite bathroom. Large closet with hangers. Single vanity, shower/tub combo.

•All bedrooms have black out curtains. Bathrooms have hair dryers.

Kitchen:
•All major appliances:
Electric range, oven, microwave , dishwasher + refrigerator
•Dishes
•Pots, pans + crockpot for cooking + baking
•Spices, olive oil, condiments
•Some pantry items.

Coffee & Tea:
•Drip machine with coffee grounds

•Coffee grinder (for your own beans!)
•Kettle & tea bags
•Sugar and creamer provided

Dining:
•Dining room table seats 6
•4 bar stools for bar top

•Rug is no longer in living room for cleanliness, being a pet friendly rental.

☼ OUTDOORS ☼

The back porch features one couch with 7 various chairs + hammock with beautiful sunrises overlooking the pond with the birds singing. Enjoy the view with a cup of coffee to start your day or unwind with your drink of choice in the evening.

The yard is fully fenced rocked yard with fake grass area off of patio. Other features included are a charcoal grill, chairs, a hammock, corn hole, giant jenga, giant tic-tac-toe + room to store kayaks.

☼ PARKING + FRONT YARD ☼

The front yard has a pull through driveway perfect for campers or boats. Access to water hose to spray off beach + fishing gear. Large driveway for 4 vehicles.
Park located at north end of the street.

☼ ADDITIONAL ☼

•Full size washer + dryer, free + clear laundry detergent, iron, starch, ironing board, basic cleaning agents + appliances.

•For the dogs: We have a few towels, blankets, some clean up spray, food + water bowls.

•Smart lock on the front door with a specific code for each stay.

•We love our neighbors + neighborhood. With that said, we have a STRICT city policy of no events or parties. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
If this is not followed, it may lead to an immediate cancelation of the remaining stay and/or extra charge.

•Security Cameras + Alarm System:
Installed for safety + when property is vacant. You will have the benefit of seeing who rings the doorbell from the inside camera screen while here though!
Camera locations: The Ring doorbell security camera is mounted at the front door + is motion detected. There are two cameras mounted on each corner of front of the house + one on the back of the house facing back fence.
