Beach Haven Retreat on lemmikkielÀinystÀvÀllinen 3 makuuhuoneen huoneisto. 5 kylpy ensimmÀisessÀ kerroksessa kaupunkitalo, joka sisÀltÀÀ 2 auton autotalli tallentaa ajoneuvot tai rantaleluja. TÀmÀ tilava omaisuus on vain korttelin pÀÀssÀ rannalta, ja siinÀ on jaettu uima-allas, ja siinÀ on tyylikÀs rannikko. On runsaasti tilaa 10 aikuiselle nukkumaan queen-vuode alakerran isÀnnÀssÀ, king-vuode ylÀkerran makuuhuoneessa ja toinen queen-vuode kolmannessa makuuhuoneessa. Muita vieraita voi nukkua tÀysikokoisessa futon ylÀkerrassa ja queen-size-vuodesohvalla alakerrassa. YlÀkerran makuuhuoneesta on mukava parveke ja mukava patio rentoutumiseen ja rannikkotuuleen nauttimiseen. Keittiö on hyvin varustettu kaikella, mitÀ tarvitset aamiaisen, lounaan ja illallisen valmistamiseen.

TÀmÀ kompleksi sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla rannan ja Meksikonlahden nauttimiseksi, mutta on myös lyhyen ajomatkan pÀÀssÀ lukuisista paikallisista ruokapaikoista ja yöelÀmÀn laitoksista. Paikalliset ostosmahdollisuudet ovat vain muutaman minuutin pÀÀssÀ ja alueen ostoskeskukset ovat vain 15 minuutin pÀÀssÀ. Suosituimmat alueen nÀhtÀvyydet kuten Bob Hallin laituri, Packery Channel ja JP Luby Surf Park ovat myös kilometrin pÀÀssÀ.

The house itself was so nice, clean, spacious. I just wish they had a dog friendly area with grass. The area was filled with rocks for the dogs to use the restroom on. Also the pool was extremely cold when I went at like 11am.

House location was great but the cleanliness to the house wasn’t too good when we arrived the house smelled bad. The king size bed upstairs was broken making the head part of the bed slant down. The couches in the living room were broken as well and the pool had no lights at night.

Poor condition, need attention!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was in need of some work. The furniture was broken and we couldn’t use the loveseat at all as the back was broken on one side. The bar stools were so wobbly you were afraid to set on them without them breaking. The back patio was filthy and chairs were damaged as well. The refrigerator did not dispense ice or water. You had to reach into the ice bin to get ice. Sink disposal made a terrible racket and we finally were able to get some pieces of metal out of it. The shower in the master bath only produces luck warm water at best and you had to let it run for quite a while to even get it slightly warm.We did call padre escapes to address the problems. Also sent them photos. They did offer to come over, but who wants to sit and wait for a repair person when you are on vacation. I think when they do their inspections of the property these things should have been caught and addressed.

Worked out perfect

I booked this place for a last minute weekend away before school and it worked out perfect . The beach is super close like a 2 minute drive and everyone enjoyed the crystal clear pool every night we were there. Couldn't have asked for more at the last minute .

It was enough for a guys trip

It was fun we all had a good time and I don’t have anything really bad to say about this place. In the pictures of the listing it was a little confusing to figure out the layout of the house but other than that it was all we needed.

Reviewer Comments: The management was extremely responsive when we reported a less than clean AC intake screen and filter. It was addressed immediately before my asthmatic grandson arrived. There were plenty of beds and extra sheets available; comfy couches, TVs in every room, a nearby pool, and a large garage for extras. We were able to take advantage of 1 guest parking space for 1 night (2 in garage) but remainder in the street with no overhead lights; might be a consideration for some. About a 2 block walk to beach, but a drive is required to transport a canopy, chairs, coolers, etc. for an all day stay.

There are plenty of kitchen appliances, but not much in the way of mixing bowls, strainers, etc. We brought everything with us, so we had what we needed. Plenty of seating in the dining, living and bar area. We had enough room.AC was cold. We had a clogged shower drain that was unclogged the next day. This could be avoided with preventative maintenance.We all had to bring extra bath, hand and face towels as there was only one per person. There is a washer and dryer with one free detergent/softener, but who wants to do laundry just to have a bath towel while on vacation.Great proximity to the beach. We rented a golf cart that fit in the garage. Plenty of parking on the street for friends and family to visit.Community pool was clean, but there was no shade. We used it every day after the beach. It was great.I highly recommend this property, and we will definitely stay there again next year!

I’ve stayed at quite a few places here on the island but this one was definitely my favorite as it was homey and cozy. The only downside was the patio wasn’t clean at check in.

Close to the beach

Clean, walking distance to beach, and bigger than expected. (9 people-5 adults & 4 children (16-10) AC worked well! Kitchenware was available and a Keurig was there as well. Unable to use futón due to it being broken, Properly manager did try to remedy situation quickly. We were able to switch up sleeping arrangements, so all was good. Garage fit minivan and mid-size SUV, and having the patio was a nice place to hang up wet clothes and use the water spout to rinse off sand on shoes and feet. We all enjoyed our stay
even extended it an extra day!
