Welcome to your dreamy Denver homestay! This welcoming retreat was designed to provide the perfect stay. Whether you're on a family getaway or an adventure-filled trip with friends, this home offers a cozy homebase for your Colorado visit.

Conveniently located minutes from Denver's main highways, you'll have easy access to Downtown Denver, Boulder, Arvada, and Golden, as well as the Foothills of the Rockies. You'll have the best of both worlds–the city's attractions and the beauty of nature.

We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

This home is located in a picturesque neighborhood located in the northern part of Denver, Colorado. Known for its tree-lined streets and peaceful atmosphere, it's a popular choice among families and those looking for a more suburban feel within the city. MAIN LEVEL:
Climbing the steps of the front deck you will see a bistro set where you can take in the downtown Denver skyline while sipping on a cup of coffee. As you open our front door feel welcome and at ease in the spacious foyer observing our open concept living room kitchen and dining room.

Down the hall to the left you will find two bedrooms and two and a half baths. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, a cozy leather bench, two closets, and its own private bathroom with newly finished tile and a walk in shower. The other bedroom houses a queen-sized bed and lovely mountain themed artwork. In this room you will also find a charming office nook where you can take a meeting or work-from-home. And for further privacy, this room features its own half bath. Down the hall you will find another newly finished bathroom with a bathtub and glass shower doors.

Heading back into the living room you will find our contemporary, cozy interior design that was inspired by the rustic theme and colors of the beautiful Colorado State. Take a seat on our leather sofa and tune in to your favorite streaming service on our mounted 65-inch smart TV.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:

There are three full bathrooms, two of which are complete with newly tiled walk-in showers and one half bath. One is located in the primary bedroom, the other located in the upstairs hall and the last is located near the bedrooms downstairs. The half bath is located inside upstairs bedroom 2.

KITCHEN:
Popping into the kitchen you will find a cooking space built for a king. Prepare your favorite meals with our new gas stove and oven complete with pots, pans, trays and anything else you might need. Pour yourself a glass of filtered water from our refrigerator, important to stay hydrated when at altitude! Sit down at our counter island or dining room table and enjoy.

LOWER LEVEL:
Heading downstairs you will be welcomed by our fun basement living room. Open up your favorite board game or deal a deck of cards at our game table. Others can curl up on our comfy couch and put on a movie or the game on the 65" Smart TV. When you are ready to rest, many sleeping options can be found down here.

Down the hall you will find our cozy boho room with a king sized bed, lovely wicker themes and a ladder desk for the perfect work-from-home experience. Across the hall enjoy another queen sized bed and our reading nook where you can cozy up with a good book and a cup of tea. Each room has plenty of closet space and luggage racks to help you settle in.

At the other end of the basement you will find our bunk area with memory foam mattresses. Every mattress in our home is memory foam for your comfort and sound sleep.

The basement bathroom is reminiscent of a spa with plenty of space and a large newly tiled walk in shower. Wash all of your troubles away!

The laundry room is located in the basement next to the game area.

OUTDOOR SPACE:
The fun is just beginning when you head out to the backyard. Welcome to the perfect outdoor hangout! Flip the patio switch to see this yard illuminate for all of your outdoor fun. You will find a Weber natural gas grill where you can grill the most delicious food and take in the Rocky Mountain Foothill views. Curl up with a loved one on the hammock and enjoy a blue bird day. And when the sun goes down, take a seat in our Adirondack chairs and enjoy our gas powered fire pit.

Unwind in our brand-new hot tub, installed in January 2025. Whether you're soaking under the stars or easing your muscles after a day of adventure, the hot tub offers the ultimate way to relax and enjoy your stay.
Outdoor hammock will be stored away for the winter months due to snow.
