Packed with thoughtful touches for beach adventures and indoor entertainment, our abode features a high-speed Wi-Fi booster for seamless gaming, luxurious outdoor seating across multiple levels, Roku-equipped TVs throughout, and a wealth of garage and beach games. Two grillsâa new charcoal smoker and a gas grillâpromise delightful outdoor cooking experiences while you all gather around the fire pit amidst palm trees in the backyard. Beautiful turquoise stained concrete floors abound the private casita on ground level, while warm wood floors cover the second and third levels. The second floor Master bedroom with extra wide king bed has a full bath with handicapped accessible shower and toilet equipped with hand rails for easy access. There is a new Queen bed in the second bedroom, while the third bedroom is a super fun bunk room perfect for kids, equipped with a twin over full bunk and a unique triple twin bunk with hybrid memory foam spring mattresses. Great for multiple families!! There is a spacious full bathroom across from the bunk room with a separate shower/toilet area that allows for use of the vanity and sink while a guest is showering. Each bedroom has a Roku Tv and DVD player with HD cable. The private casita off the garage and patio on ground level is equipped with a large king bed, flat screen roku tv/DVD, mini-fridge, kitchenette/wet bar, and 4 person dinette. There is also a private full bath in the casita as well as a queen pull out sofa for a couple extra sleepers. Walk directly onto the patio from the casita to a spacious backyard among the palm trees.
Feel like staying in?? Entertainment options abound with a garage ping pong table, board games, and a third-floor living area featuring a plush sectional and a 70-inch HD TV. The expansive kitchen is fully equipped for group meals, complemented by a family-style dining table and a bar counter.

Our Mission is to give back and help Port Aransas maintain its natural beauty. With each booking a portion of proceeds will be given back quarterly to a local non profit. We will be selling and including: Protect Port A bracelets in all guest gift baskets. Our mission extends to our guests through our "Welcome Baskets." Each reservation will find a welcome basket when they arrive at our property. The basket includes items from local business partners as well as a Protect Port A trash bag. Use the bag to collect beach trash, then return the full bag to our office in exchange for a local gift certificate to be used during their stay and help keep our beaches cleaner than when you arrive.
