I have been passionate about real estate and fine properties for my entire life. I started my career in New Jersey in commercial real estate and moved to Atlanta over 20 years ago and exclusively sell residential properties in Atlanta and Blue Ridge/North Georgia for the past twelve years. Atlanta has been my home since the 90's, yet my love for the mountain and lake country has taken me to destinations around the world, including cities all across Australia, New Zealand, China, Europe, Canada and Mexico. With each trip, I've picked up ideas and inspirations for how to provide a refined level of hospitality. With those perspectives and passions, we seek to delight our guests with memorable lodging experiences, starting with our Eagle 1 Cabin in beautiful Blue Ridge, Georgia. With additional homes in the planning stage, our goal with Eagle 1 is to introduce an elevated mountain hospitality experience that our guests will remember us for. And as we expand our portfolio of villas and retreats, we hope to continually refine and improve the elements that make you feel special...and that will help distinguish us. This astonishing retreat has the type of view that may make you blink twice to believe it. With a compound-like setting of 5 acres at the top of a mountain, it offers arguably one of the best views you can experience from a private residence in North Georgia and provides the sensation of being fully immersed in the landscape. With views of the mountains and sky from every window, you'll enjoy Blue Ridge's majestic mountain vistas in comfort. Location and privacy are ideally combined, with homes spaced nicely apart in a sophisticated community of upscale mountain residences. The property hass unobstructed views of Lake Blue Ridge and mountains to the east, south, west and even a portion of the north...up to 270 degrees year round and greater than that in the winter months. The experience is like having your own private mountain estate, without the disadvantages of being located too far out or being in a remote environment. The property has superb proximity to Blue Ridge with a pleasant/beautiful/easy drive. It is located in the heart of the Aska Adventure Area, off the part of Aska Road that is closest to downtown as well as the lake and hiking trails.
