This riverfront retreat has a nice open floor plan with terrific, first-hand water views. Enjoy a closet look from your private balcony with a small bistro table for two. The living area boasts a nice atmosphere with plenty of natural light, a gas fireplace, and a flatscreen Smart TV. The living room opens up to a well-equipped kitchen with all the needed appliances plus a breakfast bar for four. Two bedrooms share access to a full bathroom, with a half bath in the hallway for added convenience. Speaking of convenience, guests of this lovely retreat are granted access to a community outdoor pool and fitness center!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
