Amazing location! This two-bedroom two-bath unit is located in an Intracoastal waterfront resort featuring a waterpark, dining, tiki bar, and boat rentals. This unit in Harbourside at Marker 33 is a newer addition to the wonderful small community of Indian Rocks Beach. Plenty of amenities come with this rental including 4 complimentary passes to the water park per day, free parking and Wi-Fi, walking distance to several great restaurants and shops, and is only 2 blocks away from the beach where you can catch some world-famous sunsets.
This two-bedroom two two-bathroom condo offers a relaxing, quiet atmosphere and beachy home feeling. It is beautifully decorated and has all-new appliances!
**Attention: September 10th, 2025, Pinellas County began an important beach nourishment project. The project is scheduled out per each City and they have listed open and closed beach access points while they work on the project. For open accesses, please visit: Pinellas.gov/projects/2025-pinellas-county-beach-nourishment-project/

Please understand that this schedule is out of our control and that noise can be expected while work is ongoing. We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, and we appreciate your understanding as the county helps to improve our beaches after the 2024 hurricanes.**
Kitchen: The kitchen feels airy with white cabinets and granite countertops. All new full-sized appliances are fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. Has a microwave, toaster, blender, tea kettle pot, and drip coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are also provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters are not always available.
Dining Area: Past the kitchen is the dining room with enough seating for six guests.
Living Area: The living space has a nice, open concept with lots of natural light. There's a sofa, a ceiling fan, a TV, and a door leading to your own balcony.
Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with a ceiling fan, TV, writing desk, and master bath.
Bedroom #2: The guest bedroom also has two queen-sized beds, a ceiling fan, and doors leading to a small bonus balcony.
Bathroom #1 (master en-suite): The master bathroom has a modern granite top vanity sink and large shower. No tub.
Bathroom #2 (en-suite): Has a granite top vanity sink and tub/shower combo with handicap-accessible bars.
Laundry: There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen for convenience.
Outdoors: Enjoy the view of the Intracoastal waterway from your private balcony with a morning cup of coffee, or an afternoon cocktail. It has relaxing loungers and a dining table to enjoy any of your meals. Enjoy 4 complimentary water park passes for Splash Harbour Water Park! Please note that there is no pool outside of the waterpark.
*This property has an elevator. This unit is on the 3rd floor.

1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. Adhere to the local noise ordinances starting at 10pm.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This unit provides (1) Harbourside Resort parking pass and (1) Splash Harbour Water Park parking pass. No assigned parking. No designated guest parking. Some street-side parking spots along 2nd St.

This condo offers plenty of amenities. You can spend your day at the beach that's just 2 blocks away or choose to spend it at the on-site "Splash Harbour" water park. Rental includes 4 complimentary passes to the water park per day. The park has two 42-foot water slides, a lazy river, a large zero-entry pool, plenty of sun loungers, a tiki bar, quick service food, and an area for the smallest guests in the kid's zone with size-appropriate slides and water features. Free Wi-Fi and parking are included. There's also an arcade, mini golf, and restaurant on the property.
It is conveniently located within walking distance of Jimmy Guana's, The Original Crabby Bills, VIP Mexican Restaurant, Eatin' Fresh, JD's Restaurant & Bar, PJ's Oyster House, Jake's Cantina, and an Ice Cream shop with over 100 flavors. Also within walking distance are some local beach shops including beach rentals. There is also a CVS and a post office located close to Crabby Bills.
The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Busch Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
