Enjoyed condo very much … beds & pillows were amazingly comfortable! Loved close proximity to Broadway. Coffee for Keurig was included and appreciated. Nice to be able to cook breakfast & do laundry. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Overall, this property was located perfectly by the river; however, there is a train that runs approximately every 4-6 hours. The property is managed by Vacasa, and although we thoroughly appreciated the security of the building, it was a hassle trying to access it upon checking. We had an issue with one of the amenities listed and contacted the number provided with the check-in instructions. We were referred to the property manager, who stated that due to it being Sunday, it would be Monday before a resolution. Unfortunately, we never received the resolution, and no follow-up communication despite our attempts to contact them throughout our stay. In the future VRBO should state is this is a listing of another platform.

Overall it was a great stay! The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and very comfortable. View of the river was very nice.The neighbourhood itself is not great. If you are only taking an uber to and from the front door then you are just fine. If you want to walk one block away from the condo in any direction it is not safe at night. Homeless encampments all along the routes, very sketchy neighbourhood.

Great Nashville getaway

Great location and accommodations! Everything you need in this comfortable and spacious condo. It is a short walk or Uber to so many Nashville places. This was my first trip to Nashville and hope to return to this condo for a trip next year!

This place was perfect for 6 women. The trains were loud and so were the neighbors. It was a walk to Broadway. Pizza delivery is expensive in the area.

We stayed w/our Mom, Aunt, & Uncle to go to Broadway & see P!NK! The condo was Beautiful & accommodated All of Us really good! The parking was a bonus since we rented a car. We discussed staying again w/friends since only a 1-mile walk to Broadway.

On the River

I loved this condo with views of the river. The beds were comfy and the vibe in general throughout the entire condo is amazing. The cute porch was fun to sit on and watch the barges go by. The walk to Broadway is doable, but for some, it is a bit too long. The good thing is that an Uber was just about 7 dollars. I'd stay here again if I ever come back to Nashville.

Nashville Getaway

The property is great, good location, nice decorated and clean. We could have used some more towels, especially extra hand towels, there was not one for the 1/2 bath. I would also encourage you to add that there is road noise and a train that does run daily 24 hours a day so renters are aware and could bring ear plugs especially for the front bedroom. Also the changing of the building entry door code and the condo code daily is cumbersome. It might be helpful for renters to receive a text when it is changed so it is quick to access.We had a great stay and none of these items would deter me from staying again just some information and feedback that would have been helpful.

Unsafe! Beware of being locked out.

It was myself and 4 other moms looking for a kid free weekend to celebrate a couple of birthdays and were utterly shocked at the lack of response from the owners about our issues. We were there for 3 nights and were locked out every single night for hours because apparently they change the codes at 10 but we never got the codes!

Love this place!

Five of us stayed at this beautiful apartment in downtown Nashville when we came to see Jon Batiste. The apartment was very nice and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We enjoyed the two balconies--one in the living area and one in a bedroom. The apartment is on the river and not far from the Ryman. Lovely decor and very clean. We had no issues accessing the parking or apartment. We would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Fun time in Nashville

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment had all the promised amenities and matched the pictures. Whilst once checked in all went well. The actual checkin was a disappointment. Though we were not guarantied early checkin, we were led to believe it could be a possibility. So day of we contacted the Managment company requesting it but were immediately denied with this is not offered at this location. Which leads me to the time, though not a hotel I would still expect it to match times, this is not the case we were not able to checkin until 4PM. Once we received the codes the actual login device was not clearly marked with instruction or easily visible. As for checking out given the 4pm checkin one would expect at least a 11:00am Check out, not the case it is 10am, so at exactly 10am we have a knock on the door by house keeping requesting we need to leave.

Brand new condo with great furniture on the river

This was perfect for a family trip for 6 of us. Everything was literally brand new so beyond perfectly clean. PROS: The decor was cool and living area had lots of seating, big couch, comfy chairs, big TV, 6 person dining table. Kitchen good but I believe because it's so new, there was literally only salt & pepper so make sure if you are planning to cook to bring things like oil or pan spray and spices. They had everything you would need to cook other than that. The view is great- right on the river with a balcony and some seating outside (although it was really cold so we did not go out there much). CONS: The floorplan is odd. The 'master' bedroom that has the king size bed has no bathroom. A much smaller secondary bedroom with the 'queen' bed has the en-suite bathroom. I did not have a tape measurer but that bed looked more like a double or full size than queen. So the master has to go all the way down the hall and share the bathroom with the 3rd bedroom. The location is good but it is definitely a quick uber into the bars/restaurant area so next time I think we'll stay somewhere more walkable. There are very active busy traintracks literally next to this condo (approx. 20 feet away). The noise was not as b

The condo was perfect and just as pictured and described. It was a in a quieter area of town but was walking distance to downtown. We had a great stay and would recommend. My only complaint was the people staying upstairs from us woke us up two nights at 3 am with loud footsteps. I was disappointed that you dont recycle.

Comfortable & good location

The beds & pillows were very comfortable! Enjoyed being able to make breakfast at the condo, taking naps late in the afternoon before going out for the night! 3 bedrooms with 2 1/2 baths was really nice. Appreciated coffee supply for Keurig, laundry soap for washing clothes, & dishwasher detergent. We drove car & parked near Broadway since it was so hot out.
