There are a few simple rules we ask renters to abide by in order to create the best possible experience for all of our guests! Please review the following items carefully:

➢ We kindly request there to be NO smoking or vaping indoors. You may smoke from the porch and other outdoor areas. Please be respectful of the property and do not leave your cigarette butts behind.
➢ No pets of any kind are allowed on the property unless otherwise agreed upon with owner.
➢ Additional overnight visitors are not allowed
➢ Please be considerate of our neighbors and watch your noise levels – this also means that no parties or large events are allowed.
➢ There is a 150 lbs. weight limit for the top bunk bed in the guest room.
➢ Access to the outdoor shed is restricted to the property owner only.
➢ No playing or climbing on cable railing on deck.
➢ There is a manual gate that you need to open and keep closed at all times. Parking is only allowed at the end of concrete driveway. No parking on grass due to septic system.
➢ Kayaks must be securely put away after each use. Every guest has to sign a waiver regardless if they use the kayaks or not. After waiver is signed guests will receive the access code..
➢ For your safety, children must be supervised on the dock at all times. Jumping off the dock or the railing will not be permitted.
➢ Use of inside chimney is not allowed.
➢ Do not flash sanitary items, wet wipes, paper towels or diapers. Flush toilet paper only.
➢ The cabin has a security system with outdoor cameras, therefore disconnecting outdoor security cameras or router will be penalized with an extra charge.
➢ No trailers are allowed unless approved by the host.


Check-Out Instructions

Kindly take care of these items before leaving:

1. Collect personal items so nothing is left behind

2. Clean used kitchen items/unload dishwasher

3. Light vacuuming before departure date

4. Remove garbage from home/place in bin outside cabin

5. Leave linens on beds

6. Place used towels on top of washer

7. When exiting the property, ensure all lights are off and doors are locked, security alarm is set and the outdoor gate is fully closed.
