Luxe Waterside Escape with Pool & Hot Tub
Welcome to The Luxe! A newly renovated 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home on the South River, 15 minutes outside of Annapolis & Naval Academy. There's something for everyone including a gym, pool table, kid's library and 6 bed bunk room. Croquet, horseshoes, kayaks, volleyball, amazing saltwater pool & more!
Put the crab pots out or throw a fishing line in off the private dock! Marinas nearby to rent a boat for the day. Mike's Crab House is a short 3 min drive for a taste of delicious Maryland Blue Crabs.

This home is the entire right wing of a 7,000 sqft home split into two with its own private entrance.
PLEASE NOTE: This a duplex property that has shared walls with the other side of the duplex. Parties of any kind are not allowed in either side of the property. Nothing inside the home will be shared and each unit has its own kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hvac, laundry, outdoor grill & patio areas, fire pit.
The amazing saltwater pool (seasonal), kayaks, and parts of the yard will be shared with guests in the other rental on the property if it is being rented out.
There are 3 King bedrooms (one upstairs, one on the main floor, one in the basement), 1 Queen bedroom, and a bunk room with 2 Twin beds and 4 Full beds. All rooms are equipped with smart TVs with the exception of the bunk room. There is an open concept living room which leads directly into the kitchen and both have beautiful views of the South River.
There is free parking available on the property. There are three driveway spaces, and overflow parking available by the red barn as well as by the front gate of the property.
If the other side of the rental is occupied THE OUTDOOR AMENITIES WILL BE SHARED with the other guests. If you have more than 14 people in your party you might want to consider also renting the apartment and special offers/discounts are an option for renting the entire property.
The hot tub is not included in this listing. Due to COVID the hot tub is exclusively available to the cottage listing only. If you would like access to the hot tub you will need to rent the entire property.
The home is centrally located for easy access to: Annapolis 15 min (via West St.), Baltimore (via Rt.97), or Washington DC (via Rt.50 or Rt.214): The Naval Academy (9 miles/15 minutes), Downtown Baltimore (29 miles/35 minutes), and Washington DC (26 miles/35 minutes).

Amazing Saltwater Swimming Pool – Opening first week of May for the summer season
You can swim off the dock and it's a sand bottom, about 5 feet deep
Volleyball / bat-mitten court
Tether ball court
Basketball hoop

Kan-Jam set (a team frisbee game)
A croquet set
Horseshoes (located in the back yard near the water)
Fishing off the dock – please supply your own fishing poles and tackle
Two kayaks on the dock, two one person kayaks. Great for fishing, must wear life jacket – in season
Bluetooth outdoor speakers – we have two sets of speakers that look like ROCKS. There is no password and you can connect your phone or iPod to them.

My husband, Dominic, and I love to travel all over the world but Maryland will always be home for us. We have plans to visit a few more places in Europe in the near future before settling down and starting a family of our own. Currently our only babies are our Rhodesian Ridgeback pup Rufus and our roofing business.
In our spare time we enjoy hiking, live music & comedy shows, and meeting new people which is what lead us to hosting our home. There is so much to do and see in the Annapolis area and we are more than happy to share some of favorites!

Our home is centrally located to many popular attractions such as downtown Annapolis, Washington D.C., and Baltimore. There are many beach & nature parks within driving distance and the U.S. Naval Academy is just a short 15 minutes away. We have direct water access from our private dock to the South River which feeds into the Chesapeake Bay. You can crab, fish, or swim off the dock or enjoy a day by our saltwater pool. We provide outdoor/lawn games such as volleyball, tether ball, bocce ball, croquet, horseshoes, and corn hole.
