Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
This spacious 5-bedroom villa comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests. The first-floor primary ensuite features a king bed, smart TV, rain shower, large soaking tub, and bidet, with sliding doors opening to the pool area. A second ensuite upstairs also offers a king bed and smart TV. Additional bedrooms include one with two queen beds, one themed in Finding Nemo with two single beds, and another with a full and a twin bed. The family room provides a sectional sofa with a queen memory foam sleeper and direct pool access.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel Maytag appliances, and an oven with a built-in air fryer. Cooking basics, dishes, and coffee makers (both drip and Keurig) make mealtime easy. Enjoy casual breakfasts or shared dinners at the dining table before relaxing in the family room or out on the patio.

Outdoor living
Step into your private backyard oasis, complete with a 15x30-foot pool and spa, enclosed by a safety gate. The area offers sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and a charcoal grill for barbecues, with the option to rent a propane grill. A half bath with direct pool access adds convenience, and pool or spa heating is available for an additional fee.

Game room & entertainment
The air-conditioned game room includes a 55-inch TV, arcade machines, pool table, foosball, and board games for hours of family fun. Inside, a 65-inch HDTV with streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Netflix, and Hulu provides entertainment for cozy nights in.

Families will find every detail covered, from a crib and Pack ’n Play to a high chair, children’s books, toys, and dinnerware. Baby safety gates and room-darkening shades ensure peace of mind and restful nights.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
