Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake.

Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
With room for up to 14 guests, this 5-bedroom villa offers comfort for families and groups. The primary ensuite on the first floor features a king bed, rain shower, large soaking tub, bidet, and pool access. Upstairs, a second ensuite includes a king bed and smart TV. Additional bedrooms provide two queen beds, two single beds in a Finding Nemo-themed room, and one full bed plus one twin bed. A queen memory foam sleeper in the family room adds flexibility for larger parties.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel Maytag appliances, and an oven with a built-in air fryer, ideal for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to family dinners. A large dining table invites everyone to gather over a shared meal, and coffee lovers can choose between a Keurig or drip coffee maker each morning.

Outdoor living
Step outside to a private 15x30-foot pool and spa, surrounded by a screened enclosure and safety gate. The area features outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a choice of charcoal, electric, or gas BBQ grills. A half bath with pool access adds convenience for long, sunny afternoons.

Inside, the air-conditioned game room keeps guests entertained with arcade machines, a pool table, foosball, and a 55-inch TV. Access nearby resort amenities or take a short drive to Universal, SeaWorld, or the Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park. This pet-friendly home combines convenience, space, and comfort for a memorable group stay.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
