SPECTACULAR!! HIGHLY desirable third-floor condo!! Enjoy beautiful, unobstructed, panoramic ocean views from your own spacious and private lanai. Listen to the gentle sounds of the ocean at this DREAM get-away.

Unbeatable location right on the water. View the tropical islands of Molokai and Lanai from the lanai, eating breakfast and lunch or taking in a breathtaking sunset. Enjoy dining or having cocktails with friends and family and watch whales, turtles, monk seals, and spinner dolphins swimming playfully in the beautiful, blue Pacific Ocean from your private patio.

Bedroom features a new King-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV, a ceiling fan, and blackout blinds! A new Queen sofa sleeper in the living room to sleep 4 guests comfortably. Beach décor throughout to complete that island vacation feel. New kitchen cabinets, granite, hardwood floors, appliances, linens, etc., etc., etc. Kitchen stocked with all you will need for meals in.

Kahana Reef is a quaint oceanfront property centrally located in Kahana. This property is a guest favorite year after year. On-property amenities include OCEANFRONT pool, gas BBQ's, lounge chairs, and of course, breathtaking views! Restaurants, markets, shopping, and golfing all within minutes!

Enjoy all of what Maui is known for, such as whale watching, dolphins, sea turtles, and some of the most radiant sunsets in the world, all from the convenience of your condo.

Please note this unit does not have AC; however, there are very cool ocean breezes and louvered windows throughout that make up for it! * Only one parking space per unit*

There is no washer/dryer inside the unit, but a coin-operated laundry facility is conveniently located on-site for guest use.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or décor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

The view was "stunning", but there were no "new upgrades", that is a false statement. The carpet in the bedroom was clearly dirty. The tiled shower floor was also. The bedroom closet had a bar so high I could not even reach the bottom of the hangers provided. We could not stay in a place that was not clean. I have been in contact with both the CBIP manager and your customer service via the chat.

We had a great week-long stay at this unit overlooking the ocean. It's conveniently located near some of the best snorekling beaches in Maui. The unit comes with plenty of utensils to cook meals as well as a community grill on the ground floor. Will definitely consider coming back the next visit to Maui.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kahana Reef. Breakfast on the lanai to start the day with sea turtles in perfect view - wonderful! After days filled with sightseeing and exploring the landscape and beaches of Maui we retreated back to Kahana Reef to enjoy dinner on the lanai…spectacular sunsets every night, what more can one say!Loved staying at Kahana Reef …the view is amazing and the caretaker is very much appreciated, the bbq area , pool and the grounds are lovely, laundry facilities clean and convenient!

Nice place

Great property and location. The only suggestion I have is that the bedroom fans be replaced. They are old-fashioned and barely do the job. And the table on the deck, it is pretty short too in comparison to the height of the deck railing so you sort of feel like you’re looking through bars instead of over the bars.

So the view and the location of this condo is awesome! Unfortunately would not stay again due to cleanliness and upkeep of condo Was not good So many things that need to be fixed The 2fans provided were so broken they could not even stand upright The young lady that brought us a new one was great Would not recommend sad

Nice Condo, but needed two fans and ceiling fans in Bedroom to sleep

Loved the view, Condo was comfortable except for the bedroom. Closet was a mess, needed several fans in bedroom to sleep. The fans that were supplied were falling apart, but I made them work.Did not like that the extra charges from vrbo, and some extra charges made the cost for the Condo, not a fair buy in my opinion.

Absolutely Spectacular

My husband and I stayed for our one year wedding anniversary and we cannot wait to come again. The condo was great, perfectly advertised, and THE VIEWS!!! Sunsets were breathtaking, the oceanfront is right there. We were able to sit on the lanai and view sea turtles right there. The location was fantastic. I cannot rave about what a great place it is. Management was awesome as well. Incredibly responsive, friendly, knowledgeable. Could not have asked for a better experiences if u have the chance, BOOK IT!

Silver Anniversary Celebration Maui

Stay was nice, quiet, pool helped with cooling after beach days. No A/C here. There is no beach directly on property, water level comes to the sea wall but that gives you plenty of opportunity to watch the Honu feed! Location is great to everything we wanted to see on Maui, super close to Napili, restaurants, try Joey's and Fond! Locals are still recovering so go a spend money locally! Mahalo!

Maui relaxation

From the minute we walked in to the condo and saw the ocean view, we knew we had chosen the best place to stay. Loved having a Brita pitcher and fresh ice in the freezer. Turning on the ceiling fans and the small fans was enough to cool down the spaces. Thank you for the beach chairs and towels. Lots of food choices nearby. Easy drive to Lahaina or nearby snorkeling spots.

View so close to water we felt like we were on a cruise! Location is good. Place had what we needed for the duration of our stay. Would definitely recommend summer pricing! But if you can afford winter I think it would be amazing if whales could be seen from the room! Overall a very quaint building and updated room.

Excellent stay

Absolutely stunning views. The pictures in the profile don’t do it justice. This condo is beautiful. Bigger than expected. Well stocked. Beach is steps away, OHHH and the sea turtles! Everyday anywhere from 5/10 turtles swimming just right there in front of you. Loved this location. Far enough from it all and yet close enough to everything. So peaceful. Would love to stay here again.

Quiet, stunning views and great communication

We loved how consideration of noise for others was a priority for this building. Watching turtles from the lanai was incredible and lanai was a very comfortable size. Appreciated having the sunbed on the lanai as well. Nicely decorated. Property management was fantastic with great communication.

Ocean view delight

We really enjoyed our stay , ocean view , pool , outdoor BBQ .. everything that the listing said. You could see turtles in the water from the sea wall.. and could see whales splashing and there blow spouts once and awhile even tho it is the end of whale season . The only downside was just no AC which we knew from other reviews and from the listing so can't get mad, just would of been nice. The sea breeze is nice if you have a cross breeze. Thanks again for everything.

Celebrating retirement

We had a wonderful stay. We watched the sun set every evening. The view was amazing. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect for our daily adventures. Found the public beach access at the Sands of Kahana. We would definely stay there again. Great price for an incredible view!

Gorgeous View

My daughter and I just came back from a week long stay in this beautiful Condo. The description for it is completely accurate. Clean cute condo, a view like no other with turtles feeding only feet away. Loved having coffee in the morning in the lanai and watching the most amazing sunsets in the evening. It doesn’t have air conditioning as stated but had 2 fans and if you open both doors you get a nice cross breeze. The only thing I would like to see changed is not with the condo itself but the pool. It’s a fairly small pool and there were guests with kids who all brought floaties in, adults as well as children so there was not much room for people who actually wanted to swim and kids jumping from the sides of the pool in even though there is a sign up saying no running or jumping. I felt bad for the residents who live there because they could not use their pool the way they would have liked. Overall though it’s a beautiful place and I would definitely stay again.
