Welcome to our chill space close to Camp Lejeune, shopping & dining.Take a short drive to several of our areas beaches.Comfortable KING bed in the master.The second bedroom boasts two twin beds OR can be converted to another KING upon request.Enjoy several of the several streaming apps on the tv or you can take a quieter route by relaxing in the large, PRIVACY FENCED back yard.House has a full sized washer & dryer. Dogs allowed w/ NO BREED RESTRICTIONS! $50 nonrefundable fee per dog. See you soon :)

The internet did not work for the first 5 days of my stay. I left on Friday instead of Sunday. I had a very disappointing stay this time. I will rebook for next year.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed here on our vacation over the 4th of July. We absolutely loved the house and were pleasantly surprised by everything. The neighborhood was quiet, even on a holiday weekend. Communication was easy and response time was extremely quick. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the location, the cleanliness odmf the home, amenities offered...will definitely do again. Had friends come over for a visit. They were also impressed and asked us for the address for a furure trip...

I would stay again. There are things that I would make sure to bring with me. It was a very quiet neighborhood. I would say it's off base housing. It was clean nice fenced in yard. Plenty of towels. The beds were very comfortable. Air-condition worked awesome. Never ran out of hot water that's saying alot with 4 girls.

Great Place!

We stayed for 3 nights visiting family. It was close to shopping and Base. Everything we needed was all there; washer/dryer, Fenced in back yard, central air, ample space in both rooms. The owner was very easily reached with any questions we had! We will return each time we visit!

This house was nice and was fairly clean. It was perfect for my five family members and the kitchen and bedrooms fit our needs. Bathrooms were adequate. I would definitely return as it is very close to Camp Lejeune, beach, food stores plus some very good restaurants.

Nice for the price.

Nice and quiet area. I enjoyed the kitchen which was stocked with the cookware i needed. Only issue was it was only 1 tv that was in the living room, would of been nice to have one in the master as well. Would stay again if I'm in the area.

Just what we needed

We needed a place to stay for Junior Regional Orchestra clinic in Jacksonville and this condo was very comfortable and convenient! Lovely fenced in backyard which was perfect for squirrel watching and felt safe for our small dog to explore.

Adorable and clean

We had an awesome stay in this cute, clean and quiet location. Great location to see our Marine. Extremly close to several base gates, and a grocery store. Fit four adults very comfortably. Extremely clean. Beds were very comfortable. We will definitely be back if we visit our son again. Highly recommended for any Jacksonville area stays. So much better than a hotel. Never had a problem with communication from our awesome host. This was our first Vrbo experience so much better than Vrbo's competitor that starts with "A".

Quiet neighborhood, rental agency were very nice and helpful. The house had all new appliances in the kitchen. I appreciated the agency to call me to let me know that the yard was going to be mowed. The cleaning company did not do their job very well there was laundry in the dryer, the bedrooms bed linens look like they were not cleaned so I washed all the linens before I went to bed. All the beds were not comfortable, my body was hurting very morning.The floors and carpets were dirty. I had to buy a vacuum, I posted pictures below. There were night lights in every room that look like a ring camera so I unplugged them. I have the same kind of ring night lights in my home. It’s really is a nice house except the walls needs painted in some rooms and needs some TLC by the cleaning company and the owner .

I didn’t arrive to the house until 7:00pm the first thing I noticed was a run down neighborhood, no one lawns was mowed including the rental. Yard was mowed four days later. The neighbors were very quiet. Washer and dryer was in the kitchen, the dryer was full with towels and bed linens. All the appliances looked new. Pots and pans needs to be replaced. In the living room was one lamp that has a bad switch that cause the light to flutter, the window blind was chewed up by a dog. There was a couch and two beach chairs. I enter the master bedroom the bed linens looked like someone had slept on them The bed was a king, the mattress was so uncomfortable that cause my back to be in pain. There was a dresser with clothes and makeup from the previous renter. Shower curtain had body scum and a hair dye on it. Guess bedroom bed linens had dog hair. All three mattress's were uncomfortable they really need to be replaced. Whole house was very dark with very little lighting. One thing I didn’t care for at all was all the night lights that look like they had a ring camera in them. I disconnect them all.. If the rental company would hired someone to do a better job cleaning this house, replace all the mattress I would consider renting it again.

Super easy check in - exactly as described. Perfect for our week long vacation with pets and service animals. Close to the base (like minutes) and close to all the different beaches within an hour!!! We will be back!
