This is a 1st floor unit of a duplex. There is one step up onto the front deck. Once inside, you'll find a living/dining room, two bedrooms both with king size beds, a full bathroom and full kitchen.

This unit does not have a washer and dryer.

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
