An expansive pool deck extends out from a covered patio, complete with an array of dining and lounge seating, plus a gas grill and wet bar/prep station - perfect for outdoor entertainment and alfresco dining. Soak up the rays poolside during the day and, when evening comes, hop in the bubbling spa for relaxation under the stars. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

The sprawling, two-story layout is thoughtfully outfitted with ample areas for group gatherings and private comfort. A grand foyer flooded with natural light welcomes guests into an ornate, tastefully appointed interior. Pass the formal, glass-top dining table set for four on the way to the front parlor offering fireside seating and access to the patio. An archway leads through to the open kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for group and family-style meals with an impressive array of major appliances, including a five-burner gas range and wine fridge. An expansive breakfast bar offers seating for four, and a high-top bistro table overlooking the pool area provides additional seating. The living room features vaulted ceilings, a leather sectional, and smart TV. A shared half bathroom is available for household convenience. The laundry room can also be found on this level

The ground floor primary suite includes direct pool/patio access, and an en suite bathroom complete with a jetted soaking tub, dual sinks, and a walk-in shower. Another guest room completes the main level. Upstairs includes a second living room with a smart TV, wet bar/mini fridge, and a furnished balcony. The second-floor primary includes direct balcony access and an en suite featuring a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The bunk room includes direct access to a shared, full bathroom. The fourth guest room features an en suite bath and direct balcony access.

THINGS TO KNOW

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
10 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 50 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
