Beautiful home in a great location. The host was so great with communicating and was very helpful with any questions. Check in and check out were so easy! The house is incredibly spacious and offered tons of options to gather!

Fantastic for family gathering

Loved the property! So roomy and comfy comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to gather but plenty of room for privacy. I couldn’t have asked for better communication from booking to check-out! I highly recommend!!

Matt and Rachael were the best host. Our family was in town for a funeral and had reserved a different property when we’re were told two hours before check in that they would have move to a different property. The property was not a place for 3 small children and did not have hot water or clean bedding. We reached out to Matt and he agreed to allow us on less than 24 hour notice and with a very early check in (so we could be ready for the funeral on time) to stay at their property. Their home is perfect for large groups and very well stocked. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here on future trips to Sioux Falls.

Our family enjoyed our stay there for the Avera race for cancer. Everything about the place was great and it allowed us all to be together and enjoy our time.

Great House for get together

We had our daughter’s 16th birthday party/sleepover at this house and it was perfect for the get together! A nice big tv/gaming area with foosball table, and dining area where we played lots of card games. The rooms were big and lots of bathrooms. We’d stay again!

Great little house in a good area.

We really loved staying at this property. Plenty of room and beds. Nice and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. And good communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again if we were ever in town.

Great location and super cute house!

We stopped in Sioux Falls on the way to a family reunion. The house was perfect for us, plenty of space to spread out and relax. We wanted to check out the falls and downtown. The location was perfect, just a quick car ride to both. We would definitely stay again if we were heading through Sioux Falls.
