The full kitchen with granite counters is fully equipped, so you can cook up a storm or just make a cup of tea. The dining table seats four and is the perfect spot for eating meals. Please note that guests are required to bring their own bottled water for consumption.
The master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and plenty of storage for your belongings. The lanai features a bed that comfortably sleeps one.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower. Guests will also appreciate the convenience of the in-unit washer and dryer.

Cleaning and supplies

This is a self-catered vacation rental. A limited supply of consumables is provided for your stay, including one (1) toilet paper roll per bathroom; one (1) roll of paper towels; one (1) dishwasher detergent pod; dish soap; hand soap; and a garbage bag. Please be sure to bring additional supplies, including beach towels, for your stay. Each property is professionally cleaned and stocked prior to your arrival.
The cottage comes with bedspreads, linens, blankets, pillows, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, TV, and furnishings unless otherwise specified.
Location
Our home is in a Resort Community. The home is easily accessed off I-75. There is onsite parking available for one vehicle. The home is easily accessible from the driveway.
Sun Outdoors Sarasota offers over 150 activities for your active and social lifestyle, heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, mega waterslide with splash pad, hot tub, walking paths, a catch and release lake, pickleball courts, shuffleboard courts, health club with gym and fitness center, miniature golf, horseshoes, volleyball, arts, crafts, dog parks, live entertainment and more! The Resort offers a poolside bar & grille and restaurant.
House Rules:

- Not pet friendly
-Guests are required to sign a Vacation Rental Agreement prior to arrival to comply with Pond Life's Terms of Service, Homeowners' Association rules or local laws or regulations. Travel insurance is highly recommended for any stay. All House Rules must be followed throughout the duration of the stay.
- Resort Management approval is required
- Guest must be over the age of 25 to book and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period
- ID verification on booking guest
- Minimum 30-day rental
- Direct Bookings / VRBO Bookings: $500 Damage Deposit will be held on Guest's credit card 1 day before arrival and released 7 days after departure for stays less than 30 days. $500 Damage Deposit will be held on Guest's credit card 1 day before arrival and released 30 days after departure for stays more than 30 days.  
- Direct Bookings: Reservation Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee. A 10% cancellation fee applies on paid prepayments when reservation is canceled any time prior to arrival.
- Quiet time is between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. No parties, large gatherings, events, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property. Fires and fireworks are not permitted. No smoking is allowed in or around the property. If any sign of smoking is discovered, Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the Guest a minimum $500 cleaning fee.
- Bottled water is required for consumption
- Guests are expected to leave the property tidy before departing. Please wash the dishes, take out the trash, and place used towels in the shower.
- Parents should be aware of where kids are at all times and young children should be supervised at the resort
- Parents take full responsibility for their children at the resort
- Please be considerate when using cooking spices. We all love flavor, but some smells permeate longer than your stay. Any excessive odor may result in additional fees charged. Do not cook with strong aromatic foods and heavy spices inside the cabin, please use the outside grill.
- These rentals cannot be used for business purposes
-The number of guests listed on the booking reservation is considered the maximum number of guests approved and authorized to be on the property, staying the night or visiting. A guest is any adult or child at the property. No unauthorized guests on the property at any time. Disregarding this is cause for booking being terminated and guests being asked to vacate the property. No refunds will be given. Guests will be charged $100 per night per person for guests exceeding the approved number of guests.
- If excessive wear and tear is found on property or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills; trash left on site; unclean dishes; stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, the Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, the Owner has the right to evict the booking Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250.
-All properties managed by Pond Life Vacation Rentals have on-site devices for the safety and security of guests and the home. Any attempt to turn off, damage, disrupt, or remove these devices will lead to fines and/or eviction without a refund. Sunny Landings has the following devices: Security Camera System - exterior only; Sound Decibel Monitor - does not record sound; monitors noise level in common areas throughout the home.
-For reservations 30 days and longer, utilities are included with caps. Overages are billed and due monthly.
Security Deposit
If a booking Guest or a member of the party damages the home, the booking Guest may be charged up to $500.
