With an elevator located off the covered carport and reaching all levels of the home, packing in and out is a breeze. A paved driveway offers plenty of parking for your whole crew. After a long day of fun in the sun, rinse off sand and salt in the outdoor shower just a few steps from the back door.

Once you walk inside, you'll notice the game room featuring a pool table, a large TV, a dartboard, a microwave, and a wine cooler. Quality family time is sure to be enjoyed here! A half bathroom is on this floor for added convenience as well as a main bedroom with a king bed. Ride the elevator to the second level where you'll find the laundry room with a high-efficiency washer and dryer. Take your pick from two main bedrooms with king beds - one with deck access. Sliding barn doors in the main bathrooms add a modern twist and save room. Two bedrooms on this level have pyramid bunk beds that are perfect for the younger crew. Private pools are open for use from the arrival weekends from April 1 to October 13, 2023.
Guests have access to our pool at Club Hatteras; located at 41156 Hwy 12, Avon. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day- weather permitting and subject to close without notice.
