PROPERTY OVERVIEW

Enjoy privacy and an uncrowded beach in the heart of North Myrtle Beach at the Pink Sandcastle. Located just across the street from the ocean, and within walking distance of all the fun on Main Street, this classic single-family home is blessedly distant from all the large complexes leaving the beach here an uncrowded oasis for you and yours to enjoy. With three bedrooms, two baths, a front deck, and a large screened porch with a picnic table, it also has a covered garage for at least two cars and a large shady yard. It is truly a unique place to stay.

LIVING AREA

Serving as the social hub of the home, the open living area includes a sofa, a love seat, and a sitting nook for two. Get cozy and watch a movie on the 32' TV with a DVD player. The home also has lots of improvements and updates including new floors and rugs.

KITCHEN & DINING

A fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need to whip up tasty home-cooked meals. Helpful kitchen gadgets include a blender, toaster, and coffee maker.

When you're ready to eat, gather around the dining table set for six.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Between the three bedrooms, this two-story home accommodates up to 13.

On the second floor, the master bedroom features a full-size bed, a couch, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two more bedrooms are connected via a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. One of these is furnished with a queen bed and an armchair, while the other has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed.

OUTDOOR AREAS

After a sun-kissed day at the beach, head to the large screened porch and kick back in a rocking chair. Or host a family cookout and enjoy dining al fresco at the picnic table.

A front deck with chairs for four and a loft area with seating for two create even more space to spend time together. You'll also find a covered patio with a charming swing and bench and a beautiful backyard -- perfect for tossing around a Frisbee.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
