You're officially on Beach Time at this Oceanside Village/Bermuda Bay rental in Surfside Beach. This lower unit of our home sleeps six (6). 2 bedrooms with walk-in closets. 2 bathrooms, 1 full bath with walk-in shower and one 1/2 bath. The first bedroom is equipped with a Queen size bed and the 2nd has 2 twins. The overstuffed sleeper sofa is a full/queen.
The dining area is equipped with a large table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a home cooked meal. Full size appliances, microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator with icemaker. Relax with a beverage in the glass enclosed porch, turn on the AC or open the windows to listen to the peaceful sounds of the fountain. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio watching the swans, ducks and turtles. Sit back in the evening and enjoy the view of the fountain lit up after a long fun day on OSV's private beach. Why cook inside when you can take advantage of the outside kitchen on the patio. There you'll find a grill, smoker, stovetop, pizza oven, built-in cooler and sink. End the perfect day with a night-time Golf Cart ride to see the moon light up the surf. Close your eyes, remember that view and get the best nights sleep you can so you can do it all again tomorrow !!!
No worries of packing linens and towels, travel with ease and lessen your load because bath towels, wash cloths, hand towels, dish cloths, dish towels and all linens are all included. You will also find everything you need for your trip to the beach...
beach chairs, beach towels, beach bags, umbrellas, coolers, ice packs and beach toys.
Oceanside Village amenities are endless. Your choices for a fun filled day include an indoor pool, outdoor pool, child's splash area, dog park, playground, basketball court, bocce ball, tennis, fishing, and fitness center. The best amenity of all is your PRIVATE entrance and parking for the beach and the Conch Cafe Restaurant.
For some added FREE fun we supply you with a pass to enter any of the state parks for the week. Two of them are just a few miles away. Enjoy their beaches, hiking, fishing, biking or just exploring.
No need to rent golf carts because we've included two. That saves you a $400.00 rental fee per cart for the week. You can have your feet in the warm soft sand in a matter of minutes. You're only a 3 minute golf cart ride away.
As fun and convenient as they are there are rules and regulations in place.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted to drive the golf cart, no exceptions. All others must have a valid driver's license.
We understand there are smokers and respect their freedom of choice, however, there is No smoking or vaping permitted inside the house. You may smoke outside on the patio, please use ashtrays provided.
No parties or fireworks on the grounds
This unit has no stairs/steps, easily accessible.
We do NOT require a damage deposit however we do require you to purchase damage protection insurance in the amount of $119.00, this covers you up to $5000.00. This is for your protection as well as the owner. Accidents do happen.
Sea turtle season is May thru mid August, if you're lucky, you may witness a turtle laying eggs on the beach. What a sight to see ! Please remember, watch from a distance, don't let your dog to close and please do not shine a flashlight directly on them. It's a long and exhausting process and we love our wildlife here at the beach, they deserve our respect. Afterall, it's the future of our ocean happening right in front of your eyes.

***** We are animal lovers and do allow pets. Please note there is an additional fee of $150.00. We supply dog beds, toys, food /water bowls, doggie waste bags and a tie-out on the patio. We also have a bin for the back of the golf cart to easily take your friend to the doggie park , beach or a just a ride safely. Please note that I have dogs and you may hear them occasionally. If you think this will bother you then this isn't the rental for you.
