Anything you can think of you can do here. This 2 bedroom has a roof top across the whole house with a fire pit. Such a fantastic place to stay! It was very clean, well stocked and roomy kitchen. The beds were comfy with great sheets. Several premium channels on all of the tv’s with lots of movie options. The rooftop is AMAZING! It’s huge with a variety of seating options. We grilled every night and made delicious s'more's afterwards. Steffanie was always available and helpful to answer my questions. The beach is just a short walk away, super clean and breathtaking. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful vacation home in Newport Beach!

We truly enjoyed our stay here! This Home is well maintained and upgraded, very clean, and was the perfect size for our family of 5. It is Walking distance to beaches, the location is great! Kitchen was well stocked with all of the essentials needed, the neighborhood is very quiet, and the balcony was amazing to enjoy evenings with my family. We will definitely stay here again! Great vacation spot!

Perfect location

Great top deck. The AC kept it cool. We rented beach cruisers and were able to bike everywhere from the location. Peaceful neighborhood.

Excellent stay!

The property is clean, well appointed, very cute and great location. You're near the ferry, Fun Zone and ocean. Communication with manager was spot on. The rooftop deck was great. We got rain during our stay, but that can't be helped. We would stay here again!

Perfect for Memorial Weekend with Friends

This house was perfect for Memorial Weekend with a few friends. The rooftop patio is spectacular, we were able to hangout and watch the basketball game on the huge tv (and there is a heater for the evening time). I would definitely book this again when in town. Thank you very much to the host!

Lovely, well appointed accommodation

Lovely, well appointed accommodation. Very clean. It was nice to be able to use the rooftop terrace. The garage was good to have. We hired a mid-sized car which fitted nicely, but anything bigger may struggle. Lovely area. Good communication and very accommodating owner. Would definitely stay again if/when we return to LA.

I loved this place

We loved our stay and hated to leave. This was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in awhile. They had a well stocked kitchen. Much better than VACASA and Arbnb. I wish the weather would have been nicer, so we could have used the cool rooftop patio. The garage is small, but still accommodated our minivan.

Great Property with rooftop area!

Awesome 2 bedroom with an outstanding rooftop area. Used it every nite, and morning. There is a covered area in case the sun is too hot or it rains. Manager is awesome and helpful and responsive! Kitchen has everything you need... the 1 car garage was perfect to store the bikes we rented. Love this place!

Wonderful stay on Balboa Peninsula

We had an amazing stay. We are Newport Beach natives and we back for a winter escape. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to the Balboa Ferry, beach, bay and the wedge. A visitor who does not know their way around can quickly discover all of the restaurants, the wonderful coffee stand just around the corner, Lido village, Balboa Island. We love to cook and we found the kitchen quite complete. The primary bedroom was spacious and comfy. Great communication with the manager and we were happily able to extend our stay another night. Will absolutely return!

Perfect Beach Stay

We loved everything about this place. Everything that we needed was available to us, very clean and comfortable and pretty! We brought our two small labs and they were in heaven the whole time, spending most of their time on the upstairs patio. Everything worked perfectly with no problems at all. The only little thing I would recommend is to make the queen bed a little more comfortable, perhaps a mattress topper, as it is pretty hard. It’s also a wonderful location, barely a block to the day, and a block and a half to the ocean. We will definitely be back, thank you!

Perfect Location

The listing was everything it said it was! It was perfect for our family to stay at and relax. The roof top is set up perfectly to relax and enjoy. The location is perfectly placed between the beach and the harbor. It is so well located that at least a week stay is needed to enjoy everything the property offers and that the local aread has to offer. Even the neighbors are friendly. That sounds like an odd thing to focus on, but anyone that has stayed at a few vacation rentals can probably relate, that is a major bonus for someone on vacation. Some areas are not as welcoming to people in vacation rentals. This entire neighborhood is welcoming and safe.

Shower heads gets water everywhere Bed needs upgrade has well. very uncomfortable. House rules on vrbo listing was not accurate it was under events allowed When we got there we received a phone call telling us no events allowed and they immediately removed and changed to no events. 1 phone call ruin my kids vacation. Unfortunately everything didnt turn out like we expected

When we arrived at the property the cleaning lady was there until after 3 pm which should be check in. The parking is terrible and if you are there during the week you cant park on certain sides of the street because of street sweeping. There was no broom!!! How do you have a beach house and not have a broom. I was on my hands and knees with a rag cleaning sand, Definitely NOT the vacation I had hoped for :(

Happy visit

Lovely beach house. We enjoyed our stay and will cherish such fond memories of beautiful Newport Beach. The host provided all the comforts of home, including beach chairs and sand toys for our kids. The rooftop was a lot of fun and the neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We hope to visit again some day!

Family, Fun, & Fantastic Memories

This is an awesome location with so much to do within walking distance and the surrounding areas. The roof top deck was where we spent most of our evenings because we had an infant with us. It was a great place to enjoy s’mores, drinks, and relax in the comfy furniture. The only down side was we thought from the listing there was a garage, but that was for the other unit. It worked out though because parking wasn’t an issue being that it wasn’t summertime. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location

Nice location if you don’t have a car because there is no parking close to the duplex. The deck is nice, but the furniture is old and dusty. There are limited pots and pans, nothing to bake in/on or to boil water for pasta but they brought us a small cookie sheet after we requested one, which was nice. Plenty of spices no oils. The cabinets, doors and walls are very dirty and the toilet seat is gross.

Clean Living in Newport!

Our stay at Newport Beach was excellent. You sometimes wonder if the sales pictures are as good as advertised and these certainly were. The location is a perfect, quiet neighborhood, the bay a block away, the beach 2 blocks away. The house is clean, well stocked, TV's in every room, big kitchen and the roof top area is an awesome hang out area! The one car garage allowed us to park off the street and was an additional plus!

Clean, nice but not the full house like the picture

Very clean, nice neighborhood and easy check-in process. My only disappointment is that we thought we were getting the entire house, like the pictures lead you to believe. I don’t believe the description stated it was a duplex. I will say that the roof top is pretty cool. I would recommend this place, but just be aware you are it’s a duplex.

Amazing Stay

We have had a fantastic stay at this property. The beds were very comfortable and the home was very clean. The rooftop was incredible. We had such a wonderful experience we extended an extra day. The neighbors were kind, the area quiet. Ample parking and walking paths were stunning.
