Olemme innoissamme siitä, että olette vieraana viehättävässä golfkentän kodissamme Pine Mountain Lake -kadulla. Koe kauniit panoraamanäkymät vuorille rentoutuessasi suurella ulkoterassilla tai terassilla, josta on näkymä Pine Mountain Lake -golfkentän väylälle.

Koti sijaitsee Pine Mountain Lake -porteilla yhteisössä Grovelandin kaupungissa ja on vain lyhyen ajomatkan päässä Yosemiten kansallispuistosta. Koti näyttää Pine Mountain Lake -golfkentän 9. väylältä, ja sieltä on kauniit näkymät ympäröiville vuorille ja alueelle. Niille, jotka nauttivat villieläimistä, on melko yleistä nähdä paikallisten hirvien kävelemässä.

Talven ystäville, olemme lähellä hienoja hiihtoalueita; mukaan lukien Badger Pass, Dodge Ridge ja Bear Valley. Lumessa pelaaminen on vain lyhyen ajomatkan tiellä ja satunnaisesti talvella saamme lunta Pine Mountain Lake -kadulla. Mukana nautintoasi ovat taulu-tv Roku-suoratoistolla, DVD-soitin, iso pelihuone, videopelijärjestelmä, lautapelit, kirjat, langaton internet, Vonage-puhelinpalvelu ja langattomat puhelimet. Lisäksi pesukone ja kuivausrumpu toimitetaan avuksesi.

Talo on avoin ja tilava holvattujen oksaisten mäntykattojen kanssa, joka tarjoaa runsaasti tilaa viihdyttämiseen tai vain rentoutumiseen. Meillä on iso 50 "seinälle asennettava LED-olohuoneessa nautintoa varten. Astu ulos suurelle ja tilavalle kannelle näköalalla golfkentälle. Kun olet ulkona, istu ja rentoudu mukavalla patio-setissamme. Meillä on myös suuri kaasugrilli, joten voit grillata rentoutuessasi tai ottaessasi näkymiä golfkentälle. Nauti suuresta leimatusta sementti terassistasi, jolla on lisäpatio, joka osoittaa ulos golfkentälle kodin maanpinnasta; Erinomainen viihdyttävälle tai rentouttavalle!

Sisällä kodissa on 3 suurta makuuhuonetta, iso kalustettu parvi ja 2 kylpyhuonetta. Makuuhuone on iso ja yksityinen, ja se on varustettu queen-size-vuode, kylpyhuone, walk in closet, seinälle asennettava LCD-TV ja oma terassi, josta on kauniit näköalat golfkentälle. Makuuhuoneen vieressä on suuri kalustettu parvi täysikokoisella sängyllä ja kuningatar futonilla. Toinen makuuhuone on lämmin ja mukava ja varustettu queen-size-vuoteella, jolla on oma pääsy kannen ulkopuolelle. Kolmas makuuhuone on sisustettu kerrossängyllä (loistava huone lapsille tai nuorille aikuisille). Kerrossängyissä nukkuu 3 lasta mukavasti täysikokoisella sängyllä pohjassa ja kaksosilla päällä.

Talossa on myös iso pelihuone. Pelit sisältävät jalkapallon, ilmakiekkopöydän, elektronisen tikanlaudan ja klassiset pelihallit! Pelihuoneesta on myös upea näköala golfkentälle, josta pääsee suurelle leimatulle sementti terassille. Pelihuonetta voidaan käyttää myös tarvittaessa ylimääräisten nukkumiseen.

Groveland on täydellinen pieni villin lännen kaupunki, jonka historia ulottuu Gold Rush -kauden aikakauteen. Iron Door -salong on vanhin Kaliforniassa edelleen toimiva salonki, jolla on live-bändejä useimpina viikonloppuisin! Kaupungissa on myös ravintoloita ja kahviloita, antiikkiliikkeitä, putiikkeja ja supermarket.

Riippumatta siitä, päätätkö rentoutua, pelata golfia, hiihtää tai käydä Yosemitessä, ryhmässäsi on kaikki tarvittavat upeaan ja ikimuistoiseen lomaan.

Nice community but crazy to get into it and find the house.

House was big but needs to be remodeled. The tree by front with so much sap needs to be removed so it doesn't get on shoes or in the house.

Great for kids and families

Great place for families, lots of space. Downstairs game room is great idea, but some of the games are in rough shape. Pics show ping pong, no ping pong. Foozball table is in need of repair as well. Blinds covering doors also need some love. Overall however the property is very sweet, great place to hang with family and friends!

Great jump off point for Yosemite!

We booked the house so that we could go into Yosemite every day for hiking. Honestly, it's a quick drive to the park entrance but lots more driving is in store to get out on the Tioga road, Glacier Point and into the valley. But when your planning is a little late for a stay in the park, Groveland is great. We saw lots of other parking tags from the resort on the road in Yosemite. The house was a wonderful place to launch from and come home to each night. Upon entry, there is a notice that it is a no shoe house. And for good reason! There are tons of trees in the area and at the time we were there in September dripping sap like crazy. I wish I’d known to bring slippers. The house is comfy and more than ready for visitors. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and serving. A few condiments in the fridge. The living room has lots of comfortable furniture for curling up with the throws that are rolled up and waiting. The upholstery has seen better days but it was perfect for a vacation home. The deck was lovely and our first night, we sat outside, barbequed and had dinner looking out at the deer wandering about. There were only two of us but the two beds we used were in good condition and the bedding very nice. (I have booked great looking places only to find a big sag in the middle of the beds.) We didn’t use the TV or the games downstairs but it looks like a good time for family. We never made it to any of the resort amenities but we did drive down to one of the beaches. It looked like a great lake and had it been a hot week in August, I’m sure we would have taken advantage of it. The washer and dryer are huge and make quick work of the laundry that is part of the check out process We had dinner at the Mexican restaurant in Groveland as well as the Iron Door Saloon and had good meals in both spots.

Perfect location close to Yosemite

We enjoyed our stay at this home. House was clean and had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck out back. Lots of deer in the area. Everyone loved the game room. Nice paved driveway that is easy to get in and out. Drive to Yosemite is relaxing. Grocery store and the best pizza at 2 guys pizza pies minutes away from this location. There is a parking fee upon arrival for Pine Mountain Resort. It is clearly listed in the description of the property as well as all check out procedures. Communication with the owner was great.

Enjoy golf, this fits the bill.

Home is neat and clean. Kitchen has all the appliances and utensils needed for those that cook. There is an additional access fee you pay at the main gate, 07/19 $31.00. Short walk to the pool, remodeled clubhouse and pro shop. Enjoyed our stay.

Great house in great location, needs to work on pricing structure

We really liked the house and location was perfect. Overall would highly recommend but caution on the “to do” list at the end and unexpected extra costs. My main criticism is that the list of departure instructions and expectations from guests is over the top. I’ve never stayed anywhere where i’ve been charged a $125 cleaning fee as part of the total costs and then been asked to strip, wash and dry the bedding, pack the dishwasher, wash and putaway the dishes, and take out the trash before leaving. On top of this we only stayed 3 nights yet the trash cans were full from previous renters and we were expected to pay more to purchase trash bags. Also the $30 entrance fee per car was unexpected. I think this needs to be looked at, more transparency given and guest cleaning tasks reconsidered. Otherwise a lovely place to stay

Pine Mountain Lake

The houses are older and most are decorated from the 90's, however we had everything we needed at an affordable price. It is an hour away from Yosemite Valley. Not much closer unless you stay in the park or camp. Small market in Groveland (1-2 miles away) to pick up anything you need. Arcade games were a bonus. Ms pac-man and Golden Tee. Used the washer and dryer.

Great place

Just had a great stay here! House was about an hour from Yosemite but easy drive! Had plenty of room for my husband and two grown kids! Had everything we needed to cook on the nights we wanted to. Owner was super to work with and quick to answer any questions we had!

Dirty and full of spider webs.

Very dirty. Spider web everywhere. Out of order and broken games. I’ve never heard of washing bedsheets and towels by the guest before. Dishes I understand but bed and pillow cases and towels? Other than this everything else was ok. Thanks

Very nice place

I stayed recently, just as a single person staying there knew it would be too much space for me, but the price was right. The good, spacious. could accommodate a lot of people. well appointed good furniture, bedding, etc.....good communication with the the manager, little issues were dealt with easily......An hour to Yosemite Valley, great base camp for going into the Valley........a couple bars in town, but not much more, but adequate, the local grocery store was great, and kitchen in the house was very similar to what is in my kitchen at home......... Only reason I take a star off is that there was little to no info about the Valley or other area attractions.........other rentals I have done have given a TON of ideas or things to do in he area.....two other issues I had were the fact that little to no information was left to how to turn the heat on, luckily it wasn't that cold while I was there........and if you are not familiar with ROKU, and other TV services it might be a bit difficult.......overall though a good place, I would stay again............

Lovely home away from home

There was a lot of space for our group to spread out The game room was a hit! Many hours were spent down there We loved being away from the busy park, but close enough to enjoy it on a day trip We are considering a summer time return trip in the future

Pine Mountain Resort

The house was comfortable and met all our needs. The resort had a lot to offer. The house was convenient to the pool and golf course. It is however an hour from the Yosemite gate but we drove it everyday. We would leave by 6 am to avoid the crowds and we were able to watch the sunrise every morning. After hiking all day the deck was a nice place to rest and enjoy the wildlife. Peaceful homey retreat!

Perfect place to stay if you’re going to Yosemite

Truly this place is amazing. Comfortable, cozy, and completely equipped. Loved staying here because of the Pine Mountain Lake community. This place is one of the nicest I’ve stayed in. Rent here and prepare to relax!

Clean and spacious

Joe was great to deal with. We asked him many questions about the area and home. We were visiting Yosemite despite nearby fires, Joe made some suggestions to our itinerary in case we weren’t able to go to aYosemite Valley. Luckily we were able to spend a day at Yosemite and followed Joes suggestions for our other day. The community is very nice. We didn’t have time to use the amenities but they looked great. Yosemite is about 45-60 mins using Big Oak Flat entrance. The house was clean and very spacious. We appreciated all the fans and AC upstairs as the week we visited the temps were 100 degrees. My family loved the game room downstairs and never watched TV since there was so much else to do. WiFi worked well. We love that Joe thought of everything. One time we couldn’t enter property using code but Joe had given us directions for an extra key. We enjoyed the back deck even with the high temperatures and saw deer several times. Driveway was not steep and had room for several cars. Joe was very helpful and great with communication with any issues that arose. I would recommend this property to others.

Great location

Great home on a nice location in Groveland. It's on a golf course but not directly on it, there are trees in between. The game room is super, the layout of the house is practical and comfortable. Every time you enter into the community you have to go through the main entrance where there is a security guard. They were very nice and helpful. We used this as a bases to visit Yosemite, the location was great for this purpose: it's about 30 minutes to the entrance of the park and an other 30 minutes to the valley.

Familis stay with fun near Yosemite

This is a great house for multiple families to share and kids friendly with fun in the game room. Owner Joe is easy to reach and he is very nice to accommodate my last minute request, thank you so much! The house is safe in a gated community and very quiet neighbors. I am looking forward to come back in the future.

The last homely house east of the Sea

We spent three nights at Groveland, using it for excursions into the Yosemite NP. We found Groveland to be a very good base camp,. Aside from the splendid Mar-Val Supermarket there is a choice of suitable restaurants nearby. The closer you get to the NP, the more compromises you have to make in that respect. In turn you have to take the lengthy drive into account. To the entrance of Yosemite Valley it takes about an hour one way and after our fourth excursion in to the park we became a little tired of all the driving. The house itself is a comfortable cabin style place with a lot of space for a larger party. We stayed with 4 adults and 5 little children and that worked out quite fine. The Pine Mountain Lake location is in the middle of nature, expect flocks of deer around the house at all times. In our fist night we had a clear sky and I saw the stars and especially the Milky Way as clearly as I hadn't seen them in ages. So it is also a great place to show your children what that candy bar is named after and you might want to bring that telescope that has been sitting in the attic for so long. Within the house, all the appliances are fit to host a larger than normal group, the downstairs game room seems to be a good plan B for rainy days, which we didn't have fortunately. What you should not expect is glamour and style. The house has come of age and while functioning perfectly well, it is of course there for the purpose of being rented to guests and subject to the laws of offer and demand. We did get what we expected for our money, Joe Castello was responsive in all transactions and we can definitely recommend the place for future visits.

Relaxing and cozy

In disrepair and dirty.

The windows were filthy inside and out and there were huge cobwebs everywhere. Most of the lights were unplugged and some weren't working when plugged in, one of which was held together with duct tape. The curtains were falling apart and dirty. The "house" had more of a cabin feel and was in desperate need of a proper cleaning and overall repairs and updating. There was no TV in one of the main bedrooms and the one in the living area didn't work until we received special instructions from the owner on day three of our stay. The Pine Mtn. Lake area is quite beautiful and the restaurant good. The recommendation for renting this property is a big fat NO.

Really perfect place for vacation

It was really nice place to get some rest with family and friends. House is really clean and there is all stuff to cook and for playing. I hope to come back again.

Great place to spend a few days

My wife and 4 kids all had a great stay at Joe's place. Quiet location off of the #9 fairway. Not too far to Yosemite, golf course was enjoyable, and the beach area at community lake was fun. You can rent paddle boats, kayaks, canoes from marina for $25/hour. Also, just a short walk to neighborhood pool from the house. We didn't go, but think we could have as a guest of Joe's. Short drive to Groveland restaurants and grocery store. The drive from the community gated entrance to the house was adventuresome, but if you follow Joe's directions, you'll get there. I only gave a 4-star rating because the upstairs stayed warm with the A/C set at owner's directed 78 degrees setting, and the Pole Position arcade game was inop. I was really looking forward to remastering the game.

Amazing time at Pine Mountain lage

We had a wonderful experience at Pine Mt Lake. The owners were helpful and accommodating with our reservation and the stay was perfect. Sunsets on the deck were relaxing and we enjoyed using the BBQ for cooking dinner.

There is so much to do at Pine Mountain Lake. The house is located less than a block from the pool and clubhouse which makes for an easy, short walk. You can enjoy a round of golf, take a swim, or play tennis within minutes from the house. The beach and marina are just a short drive from the house. If you are in the mood to visit Yosemite, you will be at the park entrance in less than 30 minutes. Pine Mountain Lake has it all and we know you will enjoy it as much as we do.
